Favorite filming locations... Hazzard County #1 GA or Hazzard County #2 CA? I love both. But Hazzard County #1 GA is the best one.

Hey y'all I was watching RIP Henry Flatt earlier and noticed a flaw in the slaw. Outside the Boars Nest,when Rosco is arresting Daisy for having the casket in her jeep,take a look at Boss Hogg"s caddie. Now notice in the next scene how Boss is giving out to Alex about allowing the Dukes to put the casket in his back seat. Bo and Luke apparently managed to put the casket from wherever they hid it to the caddie's back seat in a matter of seconds.

I just thought since we hear about Frontage Road a lot on Hazzard, we ought to learn a little more about it. First, we all know that Rosco will one day be working on Frontage Road as the night shift Renta-Cop, at the drive-in Deli, if he messes up one more time! I'm going to be listening for other things that were mentioned on Frontage Rd. and put them here. If you hear of any, please put them down here, as well. Hey, maybe I'm late to the party ( I usually am) but I came across this somewhere, the other day. Paul Baxley, ( everybody knows who he is, right?) He was the stunt coordinator on the GodFather! Can you believe it??? I thought that was kind of neat! ( neat....Hmmm....my vocabulary is going retro.....or maybe I'm still stuck in the ;'70's! )

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors about what happened on the show, whether it was about the cars, what happened on set or others related to the show. One that I heard a few years ago I used 'torment' my Chrysler mad friend with, was there was a field where all the retired Generals were parked, just rusting away (we know this isn't true of course). Another one that I read about was there was a General at the bottom of one of the ponds from filming that is still there. Does anyone else have any to add? Cheers Brad

Did y'all ever hear the French version of the series theme? French series theme also has a extended too. I wonder if that longer French is the "You know momma loves me" Waylon extended version? German uses the American Waylon Jennings series version. It don't have a German one.

It has been years since I've seen the show and would like to get the dvds, but I'm worried because Dukes Of Hazzard is on the list of dvds affected by Warner Bros. disc rot. Does anyone know if this is true ? Which complete series set should I try for ?

Hello everyone. Long time fan of the show, first time poster. Ive read thru a lot of the previous posts and done a lot of searching on my own but I have to admit when I'm licked and need him from some experts on this. Ive been searching for a sound clip of Rosco's police siren. Sure there are lots of police sirens online but finding one that sounds like Rosco's (and defintely not that wailing moan of Cletus' patrol car had) seems like it doesn't exist. Can anyone help me with this? I just noticed something. I was watching " The Late JD Hogg", and the bad guys stole Charlie Watkins car. Remember? If you'll also notice in a lot of episodes, when Uncle Jesse was walking down the street or by someone, he always says to one of the extras, " Hey Charlie". Seems like most of the people in Hazzard were named Charlie!!
