John's on the Nick at Nite show "Hi-Jinks" tonight at 9:30 Eastern. The episode repeats Sunday at 10 p.m.

I was just sitting here posting an answer on the trivia thread right now and my wife was sitting on the couch. She turned the channel (Dish Network) to channel 275 titled NEW. She turned it there because "INFO" said it was Kenny Chesney. Turns out it was mislabeled. John Schneider is hosting a program that is advertising a set of country DVDs from the 70s and 80s. In fact, Waylon was just on singing Luckenbach Texas. They just had the Oak Ridge Boys on also. As most of you know they appeared twice on the Dukes. Great....now Waylon and Willie are singing "Mama's Don't Let Your Babies...." This is pretty cool. It's my kinda music. It's distracting me from HazzardNet though.…

I just sat down in the waiting room of the doctor's office this morning when I heard a YEEHAWW coming from the TV screen. I looked up and saw a picture of Bo, Luke and Daisy on the screen. To my surprise it was CBS and not TNT. John Schneider was just being introduced by Rachael Ray on her show. Howdy Y'all....My friend told me today that John Schneider was starin in a movie called, "You've Got a Friend" on the Halmark channel today (Tuesday 10, 2009) at 9:00 pm....eastern time....Sorry I don't know the others...It started 8 minutes ago...but someone may catch it...I wish I had that channel...hopefully it will be on DVD...Well enjoy!

I was flicking through the TV channels tonight when I saw "The Dukes of Hazzard" in the listings. I've been here before, and then been disappointed to find that it's the 2005 movie, but this time it was the real thing. Dukes is being shown on a UK channel called Forces TV (part of the British Forces Broadcasting Service - Sky 181, Virgin 274, Freeview 96 and Freesat 165). They're showing double episodes at various times on Saturdays and Sundays - tonight I caught the end of 'Mary Kaye's Baby' and then 'Repo Men'. I saw a preview last night for a new show on Fox called Standoff. In the preview Tom Wopat appears to be playing a bad guy in one of the episodes. Not sure which one, but the show will be airing on Tuesday nights this fall on Fox.

"You've Got a Friend" is on the Hallmark Channel tonight at 9 p.m. EST.

I search Dukes of Hazzard on Time Warner Cable and there are no more showings other than the ones that will be on at 1 and 2 A.M. tomorrow. Could they not be showing it anymore?

I saw Ramon Bieri....the god father figure on one of the episodes....( need help here Hoss! ) in a Batman episode. I think it was " The Contaminated Cowl" , with The Mad Hatter as the super villain!! Remember those Batman episodes in the late 60's? They're showing them all weekend long on cable! He played a thug for The Mad Hatter! ( all black outfit etc,)

If you've noticed, that guy that shot, like 17 people in Florida was sentenced today. One of the people mentioned on the jury, was Benjamin Thompson.....remember? Benny The Quil!! I just happened to notice this and thought I'd tell the fellow citizens of Hazzard about it!

Tuesday, November 13th! Both reunion movies are being shown back to back, starting at 8:00 p.m Eastern. Check yer local listings!

This show was on the History Channel this morning (we had nothing better to watch) and it listed the top 3 sex symbols of 1979 and at #2 (although it shoulda been #1) was our very own CATHERINE BACH! Gotta give bonus points to the History Channel now. We already forgot who #3 and #1 were.

On November 28th CMT will be doing a mini Dukes marathon. It will be from 6:00-11:00pm ET. I suggest we all watch it and boost the ratings...ratings do talk after all...maybe they will take the hint and bring back the show. Also, hot off the press: John's episodes of Nip/Tuck (yes there will be several) begin on the 27th on Fox. Should be interesting... John is all over the place tv-wise the next few weeks... Felicity on Hallmark, Snowday on TBS, TV Watercolor on TVGN.....a great start to the holidays:)

Okay, the Dukes haven't moved to Mexico despite the thread title. And for those of you familiar with the episode titles of the Dukes cartoon series and the world travels of the Dukes in that series, The Dukes of Mexico isn't a title of one of the episodes. But I thought folks might like this story. Earlier today my wife was watching a movie called "The Mexican" on TBS. It stars Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. I was in the dining room reading the Sunday paper when all the sudden I heard Boss call Rosco on the CB and Rosco responsing.... Sure enough there's a brief moment in the movie where The Dukes of Hazzard appears in a motel in Mexico in the middle of a Brad Pitt scene. …

My wife was watching America's Funniest Home Videos tonight when she yelled into the kitchen, "Hey check this out. It's the General Lee!" Thanks to the DVR she reversed it and they were doing videos on different ways to destroy pumpkins. There was one with a General Lee racing down a strip and it ran one over! (Hmmm, maybe it was more than one). Anyways, the clip didn't last long but it was still cool. I stopped it when the driver was in the best view but couldn't see his or her face very good. It's always good to see anything Dukes related when you're not expecting to. It puts a smile on my redneck face!

I have Sirius satellite radio channels on my television (Dish Network). I never listen to any of them except classic country and recently heard "Country Girls" by John Schneider. It always gives me a warm feeling anytime anything Dukes related is on.
