Little one year old Bo just looked up at her, quietning a little as he heard her voice.

Lavinia reached in picking him up from his crib. "Now what's the matter, little one? Ain't you gettin enough attention?" She put him against her chest tickling his cheek a little.

Bo's attitude instantly changed from just woken up grumpy, to just woken up but feelin kinda cheerful. He smiled and wriggled a little as Lavinia tickled his cheek, snuggling into her chest.

Lavinia smiled holding the little boy close, knowing the curly haired blond loved hugs more than anything else in the world. "Cmon to the kitchen..."

Bo burbled happily as he clutched Lavinia's shirt, sucking on his thumb. Because he had been born very early and had had to be in an incubator for a long time, he was not as developed intelligently as other kids his ages so couldn't yet speak properly or do many of the things that normal one year olds could.

Lavinia walked into the kitchen stopping as she stood before Luke, who lay under the blanket, cuddled into his fawn fast asleep.

Jesse looked up as Lavinia walked back into the room with Bo, smiling a little at the sight of the little boy cuddled into his aunt before looking where Lavinia was looking. Shaking his head a little, he crossed over and gently picked Luke up.

Luke opened his eyes as he was lifted. "No....no....no...."

"Yes son, yer not sleepin' in the kitchen on' the floor. You'll overheat the fawn an' besides you'll set a bad example fer Bo. Now yer goin' t'lay down in bed fer a nap."

Jesse said firmly, showing there was no room for discussion on the subject

"But what if she needs me?" asked Luke with a whimper having decided for himself that it must be a girl since she didn't have any horns.

"If it needs anythin' i'll take care of it while ya sleep. But it wouldn't want you sleepin' in an awkward place now would it...it needs you to sleep so you can look after it better..."

Luke knew it was no use arguing with his uncle, so he just rested his head on the man's shoulder reaching for the watch fob his uncle always wore and playing with it as he was carried.

Jesse smiled softly as Luke did, carrying him to his bed and tucking him in for his nap softly.

"There ya are youngin'..."

Luke's hands fell to the side, already mostly asleep well wor out with the excitement of the day. "Love Unca Jesse..." he murmured softly, his eyes closing.

Jesse smiled wider and kissed Luke's forehead softly.

"I love ya too son..."

Luke didn't hear him. He was already fast asleep.

Lavinia, meawhile, had gotten a bottle out for Bo and sat in her rocking chair, just rocking her baby, gently singing to him.

Bo was feeding from the bottle, listening to her sing as he looked up at her with innocent blue eyes.

Lavinia smiled down at him, her fingers twirling his abundant curls.

Bo continued just to look up at her as he fed from the bottle, moving his legs gently and clenching and unclenching his hands softly.

Lavinia just smiled, before taking the bottle from him and once more putting him over her shoulder rubbing his little back softly.

Bo whined a little as the bottle was taken away from him, starting to whimper as it wasn't given back and he was sat up instead.

"Now...now... you finished it...it's all gone baby..." said Lavinia as she softly rubbed his back.

Bo however just continued to whimper, wanting it back not neccisaily for the milk but for something to suck on and also to be put back in the comfortable position he had been in before.

Lavinia reached over, finding his pacifier on the table and pputting it in Bo's mouth as she continued to rub his back.

Bo soon quietened down as he sucked softly on the pacifier, it being a few minutes before he burped softly.
