Bo crept through the house silently, trying for once not to attract the attention of anyone else, trying to get to the little hideaway he was keeping a secret.

Luke watched him from a hiding spot of his own ondering what his baby cousin was up to...it was unusual for him to be so quiet.

Bo crept to where his Auntie did the laundry, knowing that room was always really really warm. Carefully he moved aside the basket, that never got used anymore as it was broken, by the boiler and unwrapped a small parcel of towels to reveal an egg nestled safe in there.

"Hewwo...m'back...I tolded ya I'd be back.."

Luke crept closer to where Bo was, wondering who he was talking to.

Carefully Bo pulled some straw out of his pockets, putting it around the egg.

"I know dat I took ya fwom home an' dat yer pwobably missin' yer mommy lots an' lots an' lots but i'll put cha back when you's come outta dere..but I gotted this t'wemind ya of home..."

Luke bit his lip, sure from the trail of straw Bo had left behind that it was an egg, and more sure that it now wouldn't hatch because Bo had taken it from its nest.

Bo, once he had finished arranging the straw, wrapped the egg back up again and laid on his stomach on the floor, starting to sing childishly to it.

Luke ventured out going over to where Bo was. "Whatcha doin' Bo?" he asked as if he knew nothing.

Bo bit his lip a little before answering.

"Nappin'..."

"Who was ya singin to?" he asked innocently.

"M'self...Auntie ain't awound to do it fer me but she taught me the song..."

Bo answered back instantly.

"Was real nice...if I stay will ya sing it t me?" he asked.

Bo frowned a little, wriggling.

"I dunno...I fought I could nap here cause it was warm but its weally weally uncomfortable...can we nap in bed instead?"

A devilish grin came across Luke's face. "Maybe if ya slept in tihs old basket..." he said as he pretended to go to sit in it.

Bo frowned and sat up a little.

"Why you wanna sweep in a basket?"

Luke shrugged. "I dunno... looks nice an' warm..."

Bo frowned a little more

"But then you'd be all sqwishded..."

"An so would your egg, wouldnt it?" asked Luke pointedly.

Bo looked up at him wide eyed, not answering. In fact it wouldn't be because it was behind the basket but he wasn't about to point that out.

Luke smiled taking the laundry out of the basket not realizing the egg was actually behind it frowning when he didnt come to it. "Where is it?"

Bo shrugged, keeping his mouth shut. When he had sat up, he had actually sat up in front of the little bundle to keep it hidden from view.

Luke looked indignantly at him.. it wasn't like Bo tto keep something from him.

Bo just looked back up at him with his dazzling blue eyes, innocent as could be.

Luke just nodded. "You know Bo...you take eggs from their mamas...they might not hatch"

Bo frowned a little.

"My one will..."
