Bo hugged Luke back, crawling into Luke's lap to keep him in place before picking up his toy and starting to play properly with it as he babbled away.

Luke couldn't help smiling as he ran his hand through the blond curls.

Jesse watched the pair with a smile, shaking his head softly as he wrapped an arm around Lavinia. He could see those two already becoming a formidable pair and knew there were many years ahead in which they would both be running around getting into trouble, but also many years of friendship and trust between them.

Lavinia wrapped an arm around Jesse too. "Quite the pair...aren't they?"

Jesse smiled and nodded again

"Sure are..."

At this moment the fawn shifted making a small noise.

Luke looked over anxiously.

Jesse patted Luke's head gently, crossing over to the little thing and looking it over gently.

Luke looked over worriedly. "It's ok isn't it?"

Jesse nodded a little.

"I think it just done moved its leg an' it hurt is all...while its awake we can try feedin' it again though."

Luke nodded a little, hugging Bo that much closer, hating to see the poor thing in pain.

Jesse looked up at Lavinia

"Could ya get it some formula Lavinia?"

Lavinia nodded and got up. "Be a big boy and hold Bo for me, ok Luke?"

"Yes Auntie, " said Luke obediently.

Bo watched as Lavinia walked to the kitchen, looking up at Luke with a smile before wriggling off his lap and crawling over to the other side of the lounge.

Luke followed him. "Where ya off to Bo?"

Bo just babbled back at him, going to pick up the pillow he had pulled off the couch earlier.

Luke snuck up behind him as he reached for the pillow and tickled him.

Bo jumped when Luke started tickling him out of surprise before he started giggling his little baby giggles, falling backwards against Luke as he waved his arms and legs around.

Luke couldn't resist the laughing baby blues looking up at him, and soon found himself planting kisses on his soft cheeks, tickling him more.

Bo however had other plans as Luke bent down to kiss his cheeks, reaching up with his hands to grab Luke's hair in his fists.

"OW! Bo Leggo!" he yelled trying to free his hair from the small hands.

Bo instantly let go at the yell, his laughs quickly ceasing to be replaced by frightened wails.

Luke rubbed his head, tears glistening in his eyes hating that he made Bo cry.

Lavinia came and scooped him into her arms* "There there Bo....shhhh...s'alright."

Bo continue to wail in Lavinia's arms, scared of Luke's yell but also hungry.

"Cmon you...I think someone's hungry," said Lavinia carrying Bo in her arms to make his bottle.

Luke looked after her swallowing.

Jesse watched her, as she went to get Bo's bottle, just cooling down the fawn's and gesturing Luke over as he said to her.

"Didn't you feed him not that long ago when he woke up?"
