Bo grinned back to Luke and turned round with a straight, pain ridden face.

"Like what Boss? That's two charges we got you on now...even Lori can sue you now..."

"Whatever you want...anything!"

Bo raised his eyebrows, still cradling his hand.

"Anything uh...what do you think Luke..."

Luke looked at Boss. "Up to you Bo..."

Boss looked at Bo sweetly.

Bo raised an eyebrow in mock though...

"Alright...then I want Lori, me an' Luke cleared of any an' all charges, and I want enough money to pay for the farm..."

"What! No! I'll drop all carges... but thats all..."

"Alright then...Luke where did Judge Druton go again today?"

Bo said, turning to Luke and making to walk out again.

"Heard tell he was visitin with Doc..." said Luke going to follow him out. "We can have Doc look at your hand while we're there."

"What!...no no alright alright alright... you win."

Bo turned back around and looked to him, waiting for him.

"The money...the charges...nothing more!" yelled Boss close to tears.

Bo watched him for a moment, taking pleasure out of torturing Boss to the point of tears before saying.

"Alright, and you better shake on it too,..."

Boss spit in his hand and went to shake Bo's hand, thinking twice and turning to Luke.

Luke made a grotesque face to Bo bfore spitting in his hand and shaking it with Boss. "Right. All right...anything else Bo?"

Bo shook his head and headed out the door.

"Nope, all done...we'll be sendin' you the Doc's bill alright Boss."

"The doctor!" exclaimed Boss taking off his hat and slamming it to the floor. "Alright, but that's all...you hear me?!"

"Loud an clear Boss," answered Luke leading Bo outto the General.

Bo followed him out, barely containing his whoops of excitement and glee, knowing he couldn't do it here or the game would be up.

Luke waited while Bo got in the General and they took off to Doc's. Luke was happy too but it was overshadowed by concern for Bo's hand.

As soon as they were far away, Bo let out a loud yeehaw!

"We did it! We actually did it cousin!"

Luke nodded. "We did it." Quickly he pulled up to Doc Appleby's, getting out and helping Bo out as he had trouble with just one hand.

Bo shook his head with a laugh.

"I don't believe he actually went for that..."

"Well your hand is mighty convincin'..." says Luke, leading Bo into the Doc's office. "Doc?! Doc?!"

Bo only then realized exactly where they were...and swallowed.

"Uh Luke....maybe we should go tell Lori where we are huh..."

"I'll tell her...you're gonna have Doc look at ya..." says as the Doc comes in and motions Bo to follow him to an exam room. Luke watched him go, but then went out to the General. "Lori this here's Luke you got your ears on?"

Lori jumped up and ran to midnight,"this here's Lori, whats up Luke?"

Bo groaned as he followed Doc into an exam room, swallowing a little. He hated Doc's and he hated needles...and he had a feeling that needles was not something he was going to be avoiding today as the door shut behind him.
