No. They are both Cadillac Series 62s, but Grady's momma drove a 1959 model while Newtie drove a 1961.

In that same car, when Luke is driving and he says something like " This crate really rolls!", have you guys noticed something was sticking up on the dashboard and I never have been able to figure it out.

Hey y'all... The Gray Gran Torino that Harry Joe and Tiny had hidden in the bushes and drive in the end of Season 3 Along Came a Duke, is it the same one Daisy rolled over in the end of Season 3 episode State of the County?

The silver/gray Gran Torino in 'Along Came a Duke' dates from the mid-70s (there were very few exterior changes between 1974 and 1976). It has redundant trim across the roof, so I'm guessing that it once had a vinyl roof of some kind. I think that one of the rocker panels comes off when it rolls, revealing red paint underneath. The car that Luke pulls the bad guys from has body colored door jambs, so either the props guys did a really thorough job respraying the car or there were two different cars used. Did anyone notice how Jeb Stuart Duke fell off his bike when he arrived at the crashed car?

The car that Daisy drives in 'State of the County' is a 1975 Mercury Montego - a sister car to the Gran Torino. Although I'm sure that many cars were reused, I doubt that it would have been worth their time reusing a cheap rolled car.

There's a road in Hazzard called Simonle RD. there's also a place called Simonle Canyon. Is Simonle Canyon on Simonle RD.?

The writers never paid much attention to consistency with place names and locations. However, both Seminole Canyon and Seminole Road are mentioned in 'The New Dukes'. Seeing as the Mean Green Machine is spotted "headed east on Seminole Road" and Vance says "We gotta catch them before they reach the end of the canyon", I think we can assume that Seminole Road leads either to or more likely through Seminole Canyon.

BTW. In 'Follow That Still', Rosco tries to block the APC at the bottom of Seminole Hill. I doubt if this has any connection, and the writers just recycled the name over the next few seasons.

Midwest Street (Hazzard Square) played Springville in 'Deputy Dukes'.

Can you give examples of episodes where the town in Chickasaw appeared and I should be able to tell you where they were filmed. I think they generally used French Street for Chickasaw, which is the one behind the the courthouse between Midwest Street and New York Street.

I think I saw Boss Hogg's Bank redressed in Treasure of Soggy Marsh. It shows up just a little after Coy and Vance run Sheriff Little into the fence of Chickasaw Impound Yard. The Impound looks like Murkin's Car Lot from Share and Share Alike.

I only watched the scene around the impound yard, but most of those stores are on French Street. You can see towards Boss' bank when the boys escape jail, but the bank is blocked by a truck. You can also see a redressed Rhuebottoms and paint store in the background when Sheriff Little crashes through the fence. The building with the fence is redressed as different businesses in several episodes.

The blue car in Season 6 Twin Trouble that Ben Thomas (Cash Calloway) rolls over, is that the same car in Season 7 Happy Birthday General Lee that Sam Melville (Rick) and Janie Fricke (Ginny) steal after breaking out of Capitol City Jail?

They don't even use the same car throughout 'Twin Trouble' - at least two different cars are used if you compare the front corner lights. It's probably safe to say that the car that was rolled wasn't used again.

I think all of the cars in question are 1967 Chevy 4-door sedans.

I'm surprised that you didn't spot another blue 1967 Chevy 4-door sedan being driven by Mary Lou Tompkins in 'A Baby for the Dukes' earlier in season 6. That one survived, so it could've been used in later episodes.

They were most likely Impalas, but some could've been Bel Airs and Biscaynes. A couple appear to have the Sport Sedan body. Like with your previous questions about cars being the same across episodes, I think all we can say is they were similar. If they didn't get wrecked, they may have been reused.

Why did The Dukes of Hazzard General Lee 1969 and 1968 Dodge Chargers change from the small push bar that was used early on to the wider push bar later on?

I've pretty much answered this question in the Bloopers thread. The narrow push bar was an off-the-shelf part for pickup trucks and was only welded to the bumper. The wider push bar was custom-made and welded to the chassis making it much stronger.

If you click the  link you'll see where one of the narrow push bars fell off at the start of 'My Son, Bo Hogg'.

The first time you ever saw the Season 6 episode Brotherly Love, did you expect Luke's brother Jud Kane to be a fake with a hidden menacing agenda like the English cousin Gaylord Duke in the Season 2 episode Duke of Duke was?

I saw it the night it originally aired so my memory might deceive me. It's been awhile. But your question rang a bell and I think I was suspicious of him. The writers did a good job of throwing those curveballs when guessing if someone was good or bad. Most of the time it was predictable but there were enough surprises from past episodes you always wondered on the new ep you were watching.

Scroll down further and you can see it as the Apex Rent-A-Truck office from 'Coy Meets Girls'. In 'The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion!' TV movie the building was Red Perkins' garage (run by his daughter, Mavis) - see here. The building was replaced sometime before 'The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood'.
