Well, Roth, you ought to take a few days off and come out to the Moonshine 500....I'll be racing in that and it WON'T be virtual!  I'm talking the real deal!  

Yes, there's must've been (viewer) records broken. I read of people watching NASCAR here's in the Netherlands who have never watched it and now tuned in simply for the reason that its the first of any form of motorsport going again.
Also got to see my favorite NASCAR driver win so happy days. 
Wont be able to tune in this Wednesday due to the starting time with them running it as a nightrace pretty much. It starts at like 2 AM for us. Thats simply too late for me even considering that this Thursday is a National holiday.
Also, about Iracing. I watched most of those races but seeing North Wilkesboro, the track I've read so much about, raced by real drivers (albeit virtually) was just amazing.

I get a kick out of Clint Bowyer, he is so funny, the comments he makes while virtual racing are hilarious. Sunday he was leading and blew his motor  .

I last saw the documentary above a few years ago, and I've just had a chance to re-watch it. Here are a couple of quotes to show the highs and lows:

On his accidents: "He's lost teeth, broken his shoulder, both legs, his back, his skull and has been in a coma for 38 days thanks to motor racing."

After getting married: "The Mosses are honeymooning in Holland, but only for four days - Stirling has to be back in London to judge the Miss World contest."

It must've been quite a life!

DuckTales is also being revamped here in the Netherlands, but as a magazine, I got the first edition for free with my Donald Duck Magazine subscription. It's kind of strange since we already have DD Magazine itself, which is basically the same but with the whole cast of people living in Duckburg (It's called Duckstad in the Netherlands) and surrounding areas. Both don't seem to exists in the USA.

That must be with her helmet and such on. 
About Cathy though. Most tops actually quite consealed what was underneath. Its only when anything is visible that you notice whats really going on so to speak.

In season 7 a few fake water towers are crashed into. Rosco gets stuck in at least one of them.

We beat that game on PS1 last weekend. 
But it's not what I'm thinking of ...I watched a ton of different episodes this weekend and none were what I'm thinking of.
If I could remember/find the wooden water tower episode my mind would feel better....

Oh he is defiantly getting raised on the Dukes. He loves them. We started a cardboard Cooter's Garage and Boars Nest today .... then I went to AC Moore since everything is 60-80% off as they are going out of business and picked up a bunch of foam board etc...
His favorite character is Enos. 

He once had Black TIlly II, the '65(ish) Mustang, flat black, with the majorly souped-up engine, sitting there ready when Jesse ended up needing it to race Boss's challenge. 

Haven't been able to watch but Harvick is my favorite so thats good news!

I was flicking through the TV channels tonight when I saw "The Dukes of Hazzard" in the listings. I've been here before, and then been disappointed to find that it's the 2005 movie, but this time it was the real thing. Dukes is being shown on a UK channel called Forces TV (part of the British Forces Broadcasting Service - Sky 181, Virgin 274, Freeview 96 and Freesat 165). They're showing double episodes at various times on Saturdays and Sundays - tonight I caught the end of 'Mary Kaye's Baby' and then 'Repo Men'. You can catch all of the first six episodes across the weekend. Here's tomorrow's line-up (all times are GMT):

1pm - 'One Armed Bandits'
2pm - 'Daisy's Song'
6pm - 'One Armed Bandits'
7pm - 'Daisy's Song'
10pm - 'High Octane'

Well thanks to the rain delay,  I missed the race but have seen video of the wreck. So scary. Glad to see Ryan home and alive! 
As for Denny Hamlin, him and Joe Gibbs said they didn't know until the accident or the severity of it until after their celebrating and felt bad.
Fun fact...James Best helped or supported Ryan Newman's dog rescue. I saw James Best years ago after he did something with Jeff Gordon  (I can't remember)  I asked James who his favorite driver was.  He said Ryan Newman.  

Stupid cell phones have made life so boring. Kids nowadays have no idea how much fun CBs were. That's why I always get the walkie talkies out when my grandkids are around. It helps them understand a little. 

This is a Sharp 40 channel cb in Mrs. To scale u.s. mail service dirt bike. It's on the "return of the mean green machine" season 5.

I found this screen shot in season 5 in enos's patrol car. It is a General Electric 40 channel. I don't remember the model number but it is for sale on EBay. Most of the vehecle ran the Sharp 40 channel and the early general had the Cobra 78X. Boss had a Pace in his Convertible. Anyway, i know this is a old thread but just saw it.

Well... Coy & Vance we're basically made to stand in for Bo & Luke. So I think its a writing error as the script was probably already written for Bo & Luke with just the names changed.
Either that or Jesse mentioned it on the phone to them once. 

It was a 1974 Plymouth Satellite, very similar to Daisy's original 1973 Road Runner from the Georgia episodes.

I was just listening to the Kibbe & Friends show where they were talking about the passing of Henry Holman Jr who owned H&H Auto. They made 6 additional General Lees for the Georgia episodes.
Cinema Vehicle Services made the first 3 General Lees and the crew thought those 3 would be enough to film 5 episodes. Well... After episode one they we're all damaged/trashed. For episode 2 the ones which could be repaired were. Which is why in Episode 2 'Daisy's song' most shots have a General Lee with damage like a caved in front or left front quarter damage.
So in other words. All 3 General Lees made for the shows were so damaged, they simply didn't even have one presentable enough to be in a background shot for episode 3.

It's not a unique name. I did a quick google and also found a Boss Hog burger offered by the Hog's Breath Cafe across Australia, and a limited edition Boss Hog burger offered a few years ago by Hopdaddy in Austin, TX. They all have a sing "g" on "Hog" (most likely for copyright reason as already mentioned), and the Australian one is trade marked.

All I know about the Super Bowl is that locals will probably be protesting against a plan for Formula One to race on a track around the stadium from next year onwards. So I'll kepe my mouth shut further.
