  1. This is not the one he means as I already posted this one. Though it is a very good quality video.
  2. That's a good thought. Here is a better look at the "Dukes of Hazzard" shirt I talked about in my last post. A different shirt Original from Imagecollect.com Original from Imagecollect.com
  3. Bravo! you just gave me the right answer. I gave the behind the scenes pic another looks and it seems the roof is totally bend down, which you can also see in this screencap. you said the left taillight was out, and that's also true. thank you. Though I do find it weird that on the screencaps the General doesn't have a license plate and on the behind the scenes picture not. I can´t seem to figure out where this might be, though Catherine is Wearing her "Dukes of Hazzard" t-shirt so that would give me some reference.
  4. What attracted me a lot is that everyone is just so friendly if you compare it to most other forums.
  5. thank you for that Hoss, i should search if that part of the show is on youtube. Here in the Netherlands they are all gone since 2009, I cant find anything about when they started in the netherlands though they are all gone and changed into something called 'ToysXL' as the stores are quite big. Ever heard of the Wheelstander or dragster made for the last episode? It was never used on the show as probably everyone knows.
  6. I meant Hector of course. Want to watch the Dukes vs. the Waltons? Click ! This is from the pilot episode, when I go to IMDB to check the airing date for 'One-Armed Bandits' they display 5th of June 1981. That Ain't right! But when I look at the airing dates by season it says 26th of January 1979. This means it was the Promotional for 'One-armed bandits'. I always thought Toys R Us opened somewhere in 2001, but thats probably because it opened its first store in 2001 over here in the Netherlands. I never heard of it before anyway. No date with this one.
  7. I read about the car, but according to my the store I bought my 1/18 cars it still is Juli 2013. I think they are just a bit later with editing their website though. What does tooling mean by the way?
  8. Ah, yes. Thank you for the information. I always mix this guy up with the man who was in jail which boss wants him to snooker into again by touching the red box of county funds. I believe his name was ector, but I forgot the name of the episode.
  9. Again, thank you Hoss. I thought Mexican Street was Western Street, I didn't even know there existed a Western Street at WB. wasn't the Mexican Street parking lot used in carnival of Thrills as the Cedar City Fair Grounds? Also, I believe Western Street was sometimes visible in the Dukes. Here's a jump from S6E10 'Enos's Last Chance' showing a building of Western Street in the background. Sometimes you have big pictures, sometimes you have small ones. This was during filming of 'Daisy's Song', this is in the Atlanta open air Theater. I believe this is from the episode where Bo and Luke have to drive a truck which contains a casino, the man on the right had gambled away all his money there and now the dukes are helping him out.
  10. Wow, thank you for that Hoss! You say it is the Western Set, So this is Laramie Street? or the Mexican city you can sometimes see from Midwest Street? I thought it would be at a movie ranch instead of the WB backlot as it looked to rural for the backlot.
  11. Jack Gill and the General Lee. This is said to be just before the barn jump for 'In this corner. Luke Duke'. I don't know where I read it but I read somewhere that he was actually supposed to jump over the barn. But that story doesn't sound very good to me when you look at how the ramp is placed. does anyone actually know where this jump was done?
  12. Well, I got one suggestion but I think it's not do-able. There are too many sections on the forum, It sometimes feels like a maze to me. If there would be a possibility to make sub-forums It would be great, for example now all the actors are in one block like thing. I think it would be better if there one block saying cast/characters, you click on it and then you can select which cast/characters forum you want to see, this would make it more organised and user friendly.
  13. During filming of 'One-Armed Bandits' in Georgia. This was listed as a Dukes of Hazzard behind the scenes but the only similarity I see are two 1969 Dodge Chargers. This seems to be at Saugus Speedway. During filming of 'happy Birthday General Lee'. Notice the Maroso logo? Its a real company selling car and engine parts.
  14. Thank you for that picture Hoss. I guess she must have lost a lot a weight between that picture and the time of the Dukes BBQ.
  15. My best guess is that this is during filming of 'High Octane', but the colour red and blue Top and John are wearing is different so it cant be. Original from the Everything Dukes of Hazzard Related Tribute Page on facebook, photo from Cindy Willis. Original from Spokeo.com This picture and the one above seem to be made at the same place.
  16. That great! When I started reading I though "What in the world are CDoherty and Hoss doing in Ireland"? But then I saw your two locations were Ireland. I always thought you both lived in the UK. CDoherty, you say a 'movie style' General Lee. I presume this is one from the 2005 movie? Also, was the this first time you saw a General Lee or did you see one before? What was Tom Sarmento doing in Ireland with a General Lee by the way? Did he really come from the USA just for the car show? I think there must have been more about it than that. I don't think I express this right but you two really deserved it to meet Tom and hear Don Pedro. Would you two mind to share some of the myths of the Dukes of Hazzard you've heard?
  17. wow... just WOW! You stories are just immensely good. At first when I read 'between gestures and words' I thought the interview could have been included in it. But the interview is so long and amazing that It would have just made the chapter too long. It felt really like the show ones again. I don't know how to express it but the best way to say it is just by saying how it is. Enos hid behind 'Police business' which is what he always does if he doesn't wanna tell something. This makes your story very Hazzard like, I had the feeling I was reading a script for an episode, that's how good it was. Also I like how you added in the glasses. I can't tell you enough how AWESOME you stories really are.
  18. Today for some reason my mind turn to JD Hogg and thinking about the fat suit Sorrell wore. But how about Peggy Rea? Did she wear a fat suit too? I can't seem to get the answer to that question. I would think she wore one looking at DVDs barbecue.
  19. This must be during filming of 'High Octane', I can't remember them wearing these clothes on any other occasion.
  20. Thank you for the compliment Roger. Going by the clothes John is wearing, this must be from filming of 'Happy Birthday General Lee'
  21. Well, I look into it when I arrive in those two seasons. I'm at season 1 now so it will take some time. nice thought Hoss, and your right! Here are three screen confirming it. You can clearly see the window of the courthouse here. Also, you can see Granny Annie's/Rosco's house in the background. The courthouse on the left and the boars nest garage on the right. And for if you don't believe the garage is from the Boars Nest here you can see the logo and the garage.
