  1. Thanks Brian. I was just curious about the monaco and Lee's. As for Mary Kayes car, thats a story I've heard over and over, that one of her cars was found as well. As Jon Holland says in his book "the cars remained at his Norcross junkyard until he decided to relocate. At that time most of the cars were crushed. Those that had cement in the trunk or plenty of parts to be used were salvaged and transferred to thr new junkyard". This makes it sound like the jump cars survived. I've heard many times that Lee 2 became a donor car,and was a shell when filming wrapped,so could there be a possibility that Lee 2 survived the crusher, but because it was a shell it was forgotten about? And does anyone know how many cars Cliff got? Thanks y'all
  2. Hey y'all I saw a post on CGLFC about Lee 2 and how it had concrete in the trunk. Now I thought Lee 1 wasn't crushed because it had concrete in the trunk. If that's the case then what happened to Lee 2,the jumped Mary Kayes car,the police car that jumped with Mary Kayes car ,and Lee 5? And I also remember reading somewhere that Cliff Shaw (the junkyard owner) got around 50 cars when Dukes finished in Georgia.Somehow I find this hard to believe because that means that practically everyone car used would have a double, and both of them sold off to Cliff.Does anybody know anything about the number of cars that Cliff got? Thanks y'all
  3. Hoss after you saying that Cottonwood Boarding House is building #19,I went back to your first post and looked at the aerial pictures.Although building #19 is never very clear in any episodes,in the aerial shot building #19 is very clear. From looking closely at both pictures I think building #19 is Cottonwood Boarding House. Do you remember I said the bushes look like the bushes beside the church? And how I pointed out the mountains in the background? As for the 2 story building in the background, its obviously been torn down along with the other buildings behind the church.
  4. Didn't someone say that the billboard car could even be a GA car?
  5. At first I was thinking it was #19 but after comparingthe two its clear they aren't the same, unless the whole house was remodeled. From looking closely at the picture I can see a big oak tree in the top right hand corner, and what look like mountains to the left of the house. There's also some sort of building, which i initially said is a soundstage, but after looking at the picture more closely it looks to be a two story building (or possibly even a bungalow). Hoss I can see where you're coming from, but I've serious doubts that #19 is the house in question.
  6. Hoss is that all we see of that building?or is there a wide shot showing more of the upstairs? From looking at the picture I can see what looks like a sound stage in the background, which means its probably somewhere around Hazzard Square,as the design seems to fit in with the rest of the houses in the square. And those bushes look like the ones we see beside the church,so it could be located in the area behind the church.
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong (i haven't seen that episode in a while) but I'm almost certain Lou Anne Moffet says Capitol City Hospital, not Chickasaw.
  8. Welcome to HazzardNet Susan!y'all may notice we do things different here! That's ok that you didnt know what to do.You're new to the site and aren't familiar with it.As Hoss said, let us know if you get into any difficulties,we'd he glad to help
  9. Congratulations Denver!!
  10. Hey y'all. I was wondering if anyone knows what Boss Hoggs pyjamas were called and who made them? And are they still made today? Thanks y'all
  11. I've only seen the movie once but i think a yellow and green satellite was used briefly in the 05 movie.
  12. No i haven't seem any seasons on sale in Ireland. I want to buy the remaining seasons that i don't have but for the moment, because i can't find any shops that sell the dvds i have to settle on torrents
  13. Hey y'all. I've just finished watching The Canterbury Crock, and it got me thinking. For me the ending chase sequence is my favourite chase from the whole seven series, mainly because it is so long, has some good stunts, good background music and some good plot twists. So what's y'alls favourite chase sequence, and why?
  14. It could be even closer than that Hoss. After the boys jump out of General Lee theres a shot pointing away from the train, which shows a big building which looks similar to one of the buildings in the background of the train jump.
  15. After watching Witness Jesse Duke,it got me thinking. Seen as it was the last full Coy and Vance episode why didn't the directors or producers (or whoever decided what episode was filmed in what order) have Bo and Luke written into that episode and have Coy and Vance leave at the end of that episode when Jesse regained his sight, instead of the brief 5 minute reunion in Welcome Back Bo and Luke. Judging from other emotional episodes, Bo and Luke would do anything to help out anyone or get to the hospital. So surely Uncle Jesse in a serious, possibly permanent condition would be more important than the NASCAR circuit. Just my opinion.
  16. Hey y'all. I just finished watching Welcome Back Bo and Luke.I was wondering if anyone knows where the final fight scene was filmed?
  17. I'm so sorry Denver
  18. Hey y'all. Seen as summer is fast approaching and I havent got all seven seasons,i was thinking of downloading season 6 & 7. Do any of y'all have any Dukes torrents that you could tell me about? Thanks y'all
  19. Hey y'all. Seen as summer is fast approaching and I havent got all seven seasons,i was thinking of downloading season 6 & 7. Do any of y'all have any Dukes torrents that you could tell me about? Thanks y'all Sorry y'all,i accidentally posted it in the wrong posting area...and i dont know how to delete a thread.
  20. That was filmed at Paramount Ranch. It was also used in Mason Dixon Girls and The Great Santa Clause Chase
  21. And does anyone know if the veluzat soundstage car was remodeled and made into the WB soundstage car?
  22. I don't say this often, but that's incredible!!keep up the good work!! I'm dying to know what happens with the revenure! How did Lavinia die? When is Cooter introduced?
  23. Hoss I'm not sure if this helps but I think it was torn down shortly after Welcome Back Bo and Luke. This could just be my theory but in The Boars Nest Bears,Capital City Hospital is a real location and not a set. Now why would the crew go to the trouble of bringing out the cars, cameras and crew to a new location when they couldve just brought everything a couple hundred feet to a different part of the backlot? That's just my theory anyway.
  24. Two episodes that always make me cry are Witness Jesse Duke when the dukes first learn about Jesse's accident, and most of Opening Night at the Boars Nest, especially at the end when Rosco breaks down while Boss looks on.But I mainly cry because its the last ever episode of the Dukes :'(
  25. If I'm not mistaken that house was used as a hospital or doctors surgery in Goodbye General Lee and Comrade Duke. As for the other buildings I've no idea.Although Hazzard High School might have been filmed in that small town that we see in Luke's Love Story and Officer Daisy Duke.I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the town but I hope I helped!
