Teresa was Dale Earnhardt Sr's wife who took over DEI racing after his death and refused to give Dale jr controlling interest of DEI. She tried trademarking the #8 to earn money off of Dale jr's merchandise but NASCAR told her she doesn't own, and will never own, the number. No team owns the numbers NASCAR does and leases them out.

Watching X-Men animated series from the 90s. In Season 1 Episode 12: Days of Future Past (Part 2 of 2), in the opening, Gambit asks Rogue “Where you learn to drive?” And Rogue answers “With good old boys on country back roads…”
May be a stretch but all I could think of was the opening to the Dukes of Hazzard intro song lol

Talking about JTG Daugherty . . . Ricky Stenhouse Jr just signed a new seven year contract with them. I actually thought this was what you are sharing at first, Spike, as I didn't hear them potentially moving to Toyota. (As long as Hendrick stays with Chevy. I'm happy...LOL.)

It's just a sad day when NASCAR has come to this. It is more about the drama they themselves create and less about the racing. I miss the days when racing was about the racing. Not about NASCAR and how they can control everything.

What an unbelievable battle with the body of this little beastie! I thought it would be so simple; get a beetle and chop the top off as per the TV show. Ha!!
Finally just about have it straightened out with the myriad of alterations. Then to add the (presumably) canvas cover over the area behind the back seat. Used 0.015" strip for the edging, then 0.005" sheet for the rest.
Then, following photos of the actual thing, mark where the bolts/snaps/whatever they used are located, drill holes with a #74 drill bit, insert .020" rod, trim and sand to shape. More primer, and now I'm finally starting to feel relieved!
