Here's another song that uses the repeated single word rule. There aren't many songs that can say their lyrics are up to 3000 years old!

In 1959, Pete Seeger added music and a few words to Ecclesiastes 3:1-15. Six years later it became an international hit for The Byrds.
Thanks MaryAnne, I really enjoyed that. It reminded me that Bryan Ferry has just released an unusual new album, and I was going to post 'Avalon' (it's the only one word title on the album), but it hasn't made it to YouTube yet. The album, 'The Jazz Age', is a 40-year retrospective of his solo and Roxy Music songs rerecorded as 1920s style jazz instrumentals. To give you an idea of how they turned out, why not try Slave To Love.

I can't let the passing of Glen Campbell go by without a mention. I've already posted "Galveston", so here's a later song:

    R.I.P. Glen Travis Campbell (April 22, 1936 - August 8, 2017).

That was probably the place that John was thinking of, but he actually claimed to be from Snailville. Luckily, the show's producers knew even less about Geogia than he did.

I was reading the story of Tom's arrest on another news site earlier, and had to laugh when I got to the comments section. One of the commenters had simply replied:

"...been in trouble with the law since the day he was born."

I also watch Hogan's Heroes. I think the difference there is that the Nazis are portrayed as the bad guys, and are always the butt of the joke. Of course, the flag was ridiculed in the 2005 Dukes movie, but the less said about that the better.

I see Fox News headed it "Crazy Video" (although they could probably put that on most of their videos). The ranting woman seemed to assume she was speaking for everyone of her color, despite the fact that at least one of the people she ranted at disproved this.

To mix up a few quotes I found on the Internet, everyone has the right to be offended, no one has the right never to be offended, and just because you are offended doesn't make you right.

One last thing - unless you're only sharing your video by letting other people view it on your phone, turn your **** phone around and film in landscape - you know, like TVs and cinemas.

I've just seen the sad news that Clifton James has passed away. Known to millions as Sheriff J.W. Pepper in the James Bond movies 'Live and Let Die' and 'The Man with the Golden Gun', he was known to us Hazzardites as Sheriff Lester Crabb in 'Treasure of Hazzard'. He died yesterday (Saturday) due to complications from diabetes. He was either 95 or 96, depending on whether you believe the date of birth quoted on IMDb or Wikipedia - the news outlets all seem to be going with 96.

This one may seem petty. In 'Carnival of Thrills', when Rosco arrests Bo and tows the General back to Hazzard, there is no way that a driverless General Lee could've got into the position seen in the picture below without being pushed there from close to where it ends up. Also, when the General runs into the patrol car, notice how the nudge bar, which is only welded to the bumper, nearly comes off after a very low speed collision.

There's definitely a person in the jail cell in that scene. They are wearing a light-colored shirt and a cowboy hat, and spend their whole time on screen with their head lolling down in their lap. I don't remember any reference being made to this person, and Enos doesn't seem to include them in the food order. A while later when we see Enos take the phone call from Daisy the person is no longer visible, but we don't get to see the whole cell that time.

I think we'd pretty much narrowed down the location of the State Courthouse/Central City General Hospital to roughly that area, but it's great to have it confirmed, especially with all the extra information you provided.

How did I miss the Glass Building? It's right across the street from the studios! Here's a recent Streetview image. Even with the trees it's still recognizable.

HossC got a reaction from Boss JD Hogg in Which episode has Uncle Jesse in Rosco's patrol car with Flash on his lap and the car's body and roof torn off???
The scene with all the body panels falling off Rosco's patrol car is from the chase at the end of "Mrs. Daisy Duke" (season 4, episode 1). First the front fenders, grille and hood fall off, then the rear fenders, trunk and doors, and finally they lose the roof driving under a low tree branch. Rosco's driving, Cletus is riding shotgun, and Boss, Jesse and Flash are in the back.

Rosco P. Coltrane - master of understatement!

My vote is for the MediaWiki option. I think that making the wiki a separate resource would work better (hazzardnet.com/wiki or similar). If you can't make the single sign-on work, we can always use the same username and password that we have on the forum.

Personally, I'm not that bothered if it looks like the rest of the site - most wiki-style sites I read just look like Wikipedia, but HazzardNet customizations are very welcome.

It would probably be best to initially restrict editing access to Veterans, at least until the templates and main pages are in place. After that, it could be opened up.

We'll have to discuss the rough form of the pages when the great opening gets nearer. For the episode pages, I'd suggest: Brief plot (a couple of lines), Detailed plot (a couple of paragraphs), Cast/Crew, Trivia, Goofs, Quotes and Locations. Did I miss anything? We can have a page for each actor and character that requires one, and pages for important places like the Boar's Nest, Duke Farm etc.

The old forum software let you edit your posts for 10 minutes. I'm guessing that the new software is doing something similar. There are no restrictions once you become a Veteran, but I think you can see the sense in not making this privilege available until a member has proved themselves.

If the planned Wiki site gets off the ground, I think Mufn was only going to let Veterans edit it, at least to begin with, so you should ask about becoming one.
