Well here we are again dropping some more pictures of the old conversion that we have done to the once anonymous repmobile, to the now resplendant poor mans Lee conversion, and so the story is over, but NO!! We have the internals to discuss. 1. Music. That easy we got both Hazard sound tracks......Hey guys the song Flash, Superb. Could you keep a straight face with that song playing? This is pumping through 2 mighty 400watt bins in the rear 2. We got a cb radio, which we thought was gubbed, but with the advent of mobile phones, there is little airplay to be heard. We hear distant talk so all well here we hope!!! However the rest is as incipid as the once externals used …

Hi Everyone, I'm Carolyn. Some of you may have remembered me from ages back as "IRideWithTheDukeBoys". I'm glad to say I'm an improved person since, though I'll never ever give up my Dukes for anything. I'm sorry I've been away so long, so many new things have happened. I quit my job, and the head honcho of my employment agency says I can look forward to the new one of my dreams...at the Walt Disney World Resort in my home state of Florida! Just a little paperwork collecting and a slice of red tape here and there, and I'm in! I'm also an aspiring writer who plans to write mostly about travel. I'm a lover of country (fave group--The Oak Ridge Boys, I grew up with them), ma…

I am the grandson of Dennis Nash the man who owns Uncle Jesse's House in Loganville, GA. Me and him made this to try and keep intouch with the Hazard community and to tell on how the home is doing. He has enjoyed many visits by all who visit him and the home, even people from as far away as Germany and Roscoe(James Best) even came by once to shoot some video.

I was so delighted to find this place, an active forum for the Dukes and their fans. My nic is for the Gid Brown Hollow in Rappahannock County, Va, where I grew up. I have recently moved back there, just in time to attend the Hazzard Homecoming, which I will say about on that board. As many of you of course, Rappahannock is where Ben Jones now lives.Fisr met him back some years ago when he was making his run for Congress from Va. Glad to be back home, glad I made it to the Homecoming.and delighted to find this site.

Life goes fast. I probably posted here once upon a time. I have FINALLY completed a years long process. The General Lee is built from an original MPC kit from 1969 I picked up from e-bay. The previous owner had painted it a gold/copper color back in the day with automotive paint(cannot be stripped/etches itself into the plastic). I came across the Lee 1 story and it was perfect. It took parts from numerous kits and hours of replaying scenes from One Armed Bandit. Stories on the background cars to follow.

I've been a longtime lurker but figured I'd join in. I'm up in New Jersey but lived in Virginia from 1979 to 1985. During that time it was a family tradition to order pizza on Friday nights and watch the Dukes. Now I have the entire series on DVD so it's pizza and Dukes on Fridays all over again (but alone in my apartment. lol). Got Collier and Co on DVD after reading about it on this board so you guys have kept me informed on the latest happenings in Hazzard. Now if we could only get Enos and The Dukes cartoon on DVD......
