New Users Guide

Recently we had a user run into an issue with trying to use our chat function, which uses the Java application to run. The user uses a proxy server to access the site. As a result, the Java applet wouldn't load correctly. Users that use a proxy server should check out Java.com's help section on this issue here. http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000040200.xml Apparently, browser settings need to be adjusted for proxy servers in order for Java applets to work. The staff at HNet cautions users on changing browser settings especially if you don't know what you're doing.
