Hi Guys I wonder if any one seen General Lee car like on DOH series when they pass you while you drive in town or saw parking at store or house.. etc.. so post here this thread and also I remember last time around 2001 or 2002 when I drive with my friends way to my house from park area and then I almost saw shock! it was General Lee! with orange with flag on top and "01" on side look like exactly as DOH are.. WOW!!!! anyone did seen their? as pass us or saw on parking area like that.. thanks. smile.

After Meeting Sheriff little we went to go meet Enos, I tell ya he's a tall son of a gun. He was so nice We gave him a picture of us with him from Dukesfest 2007 with a thank you note on it. I also gave him a picture of 2 patrol cars blocking the General Lee with a thank you note to Enos, he liked it very much. It was cool meeting him for the second time he still has the "Enos" laugh and smile, he autographed my copy of Smokey and the Bandit, The return of The General Lee, our Dukes guide book and our copy of season one. Since I know there's a few Confederate War historians here on the Hazzardnet I thought I'd share this story that I ran across in the Erie (PA) Times-News earlier this week. Most of us look at the Civil War as ancient history, but this story made me realize it's not that ancient after all. For years I had my Dukes of Hazzard DVDs stored in one of those boxes in which you can put 30 or more disks in. When I wanted to watch one of the DVDs yesterday, I noticed that that disk was sticking. So I gently pulled it out and there was something on the side where the data is stored. On this Disk are the episodes: 4. Robot P. coltrane, 5. No more Mr. Nice Guy and 6. The Dukes in Hollywood. I tried playing the disk and from episode 4 and 6 I can not view anything and from episode 5 I can view about 75%. I have tried to play it in my laptop, Xbox 360 and even my old Playstation 2 I have tried cleaning it with a cloth and water as this was the best method i could find on…

Hello people, I was wondering if you ever saw a General Lee in person? I define a General Lee as being a 1969 Dodge Charger with paint job. Me, myself and I have never seen a drivable 1969 Dodge Charger. Let alone a General Lee. :cry: Though I was lucky enough to see a 1969 Dodge Charger in Haynes International Motor Museum during my vacation to the UK 3 years ago. When I saw the charger there I felt like the luckiest man alive.

But I just wanna warn ya, within this movie I saw shades of what the Dukes movie could be like...an' heaven help Hazzard. The Starky & Hutch flick is enjoyable, tho'. Took the family to georgia to see the filming locations and it was the 2nd time I've been there. I noticed on the courthouse sidewalk they had pavers that said in the heat of the night, footloose, and vampire diaries but wasn't one for the dukes of hazzard. Just disappoints me that they dont recognize how special and popular the show was

Alright a little back ground on the situation at hand. Im not much of a Mopar man i perfer my Fords. But dont get me wrong who doesnt love the General? We are in danger of losing a piece of Americana. The original Duke farm is in jeopardy. Most of you know that the greatest show in the history of our planet originally began in northern Georgia with the first 5 episodes. The farm is now owned by the grandfather of a HazzardNet member, Nash. I don't know if there's anything we can do to save the farm from falling in but we can't just sit around and do nothing.
