Byron Cherry(Coy Duke) and Christopher Mayer(Vance Duke) mysterious disappearance on this animated series when Tom Wopat (Luke Duke) and John Schneider(Bo Duke) return. Any of y'all out there on HazzardNet with yer ears on have any theories as to why the departure is not explained like it was in the live action series? Had to vent. This is something about the cartoon that bugs me.

Howdy. One thing that has always bothered me about season two of the Dukes of Hazzard, is that it never made any sense. The chronology was always out of whack. On it's original airdate, and then in syndication. When I watch my DVDs, tapes, etc, I tend to watch season two in an order of my own, which, to me, makes more sense. Ok, I know it's one of the later episodes, what did everyone think about "Strange Visitor to Hazzard"?, if you haven't watched it, to cut a long story short an alien comes to Hazzard and Boss and Rosco want to use him/her (was never clear on that) as an attraction to bring tourists into Hazzard. Oh and two guys who are on the run for holding up a church bingo game try to take over Hazzard using the WHOGG radio station (I think that's the name...), anyway that's all from me, 10:4. Joe

My vote for the funniest scene of all the funny scenes, is when Daisy is going to marry Jamie Lee Hogg and Rosco and JD are talking about it and one of the funny things said is that those Dukes will be my Hogg-in-laws! Howdy from Hazzard Tn. I have a topic worthy of being a poll. What you consider to be Rosco's funniest moments? When has Jimmy Best ever made you laugh the hardest. There are so many to choose from. The only ones that come to mind immediately are: ROUTE 7/11: Rosco mistaking Luke for Enos in the rig. Watching the second season on DVD I noticed there was no intro on the episode Treasure of Hazzard. It just goes straight into the theme song. Is this the way everyone else's DVD sets are? Is this the way it originally aired? Any feedback would be appreciated. New to HazzardNet, Brent

This episode from season 2 recently aired on CMT in Canada and I forgot how truly great it is... Its a break from the typical Dukes/guest star vs. Boss and sheriff storyline as it provided an insight into the LEGITIMATE actions of the Hazzard County PD... Sometimes in the Dukes you forget that they would have real responsibilities like any normal police organization as they are always chasing the Dukes and never seem to have any other purpose in life... Anyways I love episodes where Roscoe/Enos/Cletus/Guest Sheriff (as it was in the episode with Grady Byrd) go after real criminals... The chase scenes between Byrd/Robbers and Enos/Robbers are really intense and suspenseful…

What is the name of the song that was sung at the end? I really want to look up the lyrics, because I like it and plus I think John/Bo missed a few words.

Does anybody know why Cooter was missing from those four episodes in season two. I don't mean Ben Jones I mean Cooter. Did they give a reason on the show or was it just poof he's gone and he'll be back later or what? Every Duke fan knows about Bo blowing up the outhouse and destroying all Luke's car magazines but here is a scene I was just reminded of, when watching The Return of the Mean Green Machine from season 5. Miz Tisdale was delivering the mail in her dirt bike/sidecar when she came across Enos, who was stranded because mean green had pushed his car in the ditch. Enos hopped in the side car and they didn't get far before Boss and Rosco flagged them down and took the motorcycle. They needed it because Rosco destroyed his sheriff's car with a bazooka. Rosco drove the motorcycle and Boss was in the sidecar firing the bazooka at mean green but had a terrible aim and hit…

Well I was just watching My Son, Bo Hogg again and everytime I watch it I noticed that Bo says something else when he says he's going Boar hunting. Obviously they dubbed over his line there. Does anyone know where he was originally going or what he was originally hunting before the dub? Sorry if this question is confusing. Second, I watched Baa Baa... originally on CMT and noticed that when they said "Benny the Quill" they took out the sound from the episode momentarilly so that you can't hear "the quill" part. I got the season and they don't dub over it. Can anyone tell me why CMT thought it nessecary to dub out "the quill"? Is it a derogatory term for a person? Again, s…

Favourite Georgia episodes

I'm having so much fun with the episode reviews I decided to do all 20 cartoon episodes as well. I'll post the first two later today. It's a bit sad that the tradition of Saturday morning cartoons is gone but it sure was a fun era while it lasted.

TV Stunter has a started a new YouTube channel same name as the old one. Lots of the clips of shows he had before are available again. Starsky & Hutch and Knight Rider and many others. No Dukes yet though. I'll keep y'all updated.

I watched this episode in rerun long time ago. The scene I always remember is Luke in the hospital. Daisy and Jessie are there to pick him up. He ask where his pants are, Daisy hands them to him and then he tells her to turn around while he puts them on. I recently watched this on DVD. Up comes the scene, Luke ask where his pants are and then they cut to the next scene. I was shocked that they cut this from the DVD release, I figured they would be adding scenes that might not have aired in reruns??? It's puzzling why they did this???

I just seen this one last night, it was one of the funniest chase scens I ever scene . the Best part was with kids practicing Track field and the kids landing in the Boss's car.
