I just found something in Season 3 Carnival of Thrills. During the road race, Rosco's Confederate Flag license plate on the front bumper of his patrol car is crooked, and hanging like it's about to fall off the mount/bracket. The center star of the flag is straight up and down, perpendicular to the ground. 😲

Garrett watches everyone cross the finish line and smiles as Jesse and Miz Tisdale argue with Deputy Strate. Jesse interrupts him and I don't think we ever find out any more about Widow Campbell's visit!
