I'm pretty sure it was Garrett because I passed him just as we got to the finish line. He's a great raced and has an awesome car but I had determination on my side, from the butt kicking he gave me last year!!

The three of them walked in together and clearly Emma was excited to be seen with Jesse. Right away Jesse silenced the room with his deep authoritative voice. "Now, listen up ya'll. I have an announcement to make but before I do, would somebody please tell me who finished second? Was it Skipper or Garrett?"

It must have been on one of the movies or reunion shows because that was definitely not in any episode of the 7 years of the series.

I can't remember where I saw it, but it was a population count of Hazzard County........( if someone could tell me where I saw it, I would greatly appreciate it!). The population in Hazzard County is 2, 000 !!
