  4. Every time I rematch Dukes (for the thousandth time) I notice new things I’ve never noticed before like in Ding Dong the Boss is Dead, Boss’s Cadillac is at Cooters with the note on it. When the scaffolding almost falls on him you can see the Cadillac in front of the steps. Then when Boss goes to get in his car he walks over to Cooters and gets the car and reads the note. I’m sure someone else has noticed this but I like noticing new things when you aren’t focusing on it you don’t really notice.
  5. The Dukes were often called PLOWBOYS.
  6. The Duke boys were always ONTO Boss & Rosco
  7. I did the '05 movie car Pre Cooter with O1 and no General Lee or flag and the '05 Post Cooter with 01 General Lee Confederate Flag. I did the '79-'85 series cars too in 3D fan art. GA with crossed flags in the back and CA without them and the Happy Birthday General Lee Black car. I even did the Repo Men Lee 1 the Blue Green #71 car.

  10. Captain Smith:"And how many aboard Mr. Murdock?" First Officer Murdock:"2,200 souls onboard sir." Captain Smith:"Well, I believe you may get your headlines Mr. Ismay." (Change VHS tapes)
  11. Get ready for some serious car art skills! I can draw the General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard in 3D! I show the entire car from all angles - left, right, top, front, and back. My secret technique? Starting with the iconic flag rectangle on the roof and building the rest of the car from there. Who else loves the General Lee? Share your favorite Dukes of Hazzard memories! #DukesOfHazzard #GeneralLee #CarArt #3Ddrawing
  12. I just schooled someone in the comments section of a Dukes scene on TV Stunter's YouTube channel. The man said "I love the stick at 0:59." I told him in a reply to his comment. "It's actually the soundtrack from the Mustang in the movie Bullitt dubbed in. All the General Lees were automatics. 😲"

    Charlie Daniels

I was just watching a season 3 episode of The Fall Guy called 'Pirates of Nashville'. The main storyline was about bootlegged Country records, so Colt and gang had to fly to Nashville and visit The Grand Ole Opry. The first singer they met was Dottie West - one of Boss' Celebrity Speed Trap victims. A couple of others like Mickey Gilley were mentioned, but not seen. Then Charlie Daniels and his band showed up to perform 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia'. The episode also featured Miriam Byrd-Nethery who appeared in two episodes of Dukes. The episode finished with Colt losing a bet and having to sing the show's theme song which was portrayed as having been written by Howie. I'm no expert on Tennessee geography, but the street signs in the urban car chase looked suspiciously like the ones in LA, and the out-of-town chase went down roads lined with white fencing that were very like the ones often seen in Dukes (e.g. W Potrero Road in Westlake Village).

  24. Meadowmufn... I drew it lots of times both with and without the crossed flags behind the back windshield. I do it as a 3D image. I start out with the rectangle of the flag on the roof, and then I fill in the rest of the car. In my drawings, the front, back, both doors, the roof, everything is visible the whole complete car.
  25. I only watched the scene around the impound yard, but most of those stores are on French Street. You can see towards Boss' bank when the boys escape jail, but the bank is blocked by a truck. You can also see a redressed Rhuebottoms and paint store in the background when Sheriff Little crashes through the fence. The building with the fence is redressed as different businesses in several episodes.
