Had he been on Splinter, he could get away easily...but as it was Dixie's horse was not as fast as Splinter and nor could Joe push her to work as hard....but he had to do something. Quote

Loraine "ya" trigger makin him go faster til frank and jesse was on the other side of him, Loraine threw the ropes and it hung around Dixies horse's neck, Loraine pulled tight, and stopped the horse, trigger rearing on her. Frank and jesse got off theirs as did Loraine with her gun. Quote

BoJamesDuke Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 Joe sighed and nodded, leaning forward and subtly grabbing the the rope that was lassoed around Dixie's horse's neck before kicking the horse in the side, making it rear up. He smiled as he heard the gunshot fired in surprise, making Dixie's horse kick out with its back legs and the people beside him scatter in terror. He threw the rope off the horse's neck and kicked her forwards, bolting off into the dark shadows of the trees. Quote
