Anyone know any songs referencing the Dukes of Hazzard, here are a few

"I Lived It" by Blake Shelton: "Them ol' Duke boys, their flattenin' the hills"

"Thats Country Bro" by Toby Keith: "Bo and Luke and Daisy Duke"

"Boys With Nothin'" by Larry Fleet: "We were wilder than the Dukes of Hazzard"

"Redneck in the White House" by Buddy Brown: "Dukes of Hazzard back on TV"

And I also mentioned it on the second post of this thread.

I think my brain skipped that because I came to the thread that day to mention the Katy Perry song, and saw that you'd already named that in the same post. At least I gave you credit for the original mention. :)

That's the first time in the 15 years you've been here that something slipped by you. I'll have to wait until 2040 to see it again.

I think I just got good and covering up my lapses. It's definitely not the first. :)

It's kind of like a slang? I don't know how to explain it but the way I understand is that its just an exaggerated version

It's an " Urbanized "  version of " Girls"

I know it's probably a bit different since instead of mentioning the Dukes it was actually made for the TV movie from 2007 (I know) but the song Duke Boys Swingin' with John Anderson and Cowboy Troy is a really good song. Cowboy Troy's bit actually describes the show perfectly.
