  1. “We ain’t gonna make it, son! We’re gonna hang it up!” - Bo “Bandit” Darville, 1977. (Smokey and the Bandit) Snowman:"Whoa! Negatory! Negatory! When we say we gonna do a job! Do we do a job?!!" Bo Bandit Darville:"It's me they're after. They don't even know Cledus Snow exists." Snowman:"Oh, they don't? Well then we're just gonna introduce them to the boy. So move on over a little bit, good buddy. Because the snowman is comin through! Hold on to ya ass, Fred!" Bo Bandit Darville:"Hot damn we're gonna make it!"
  2. The Gilligan's Island radio was actually NOT a prop. It was a working radio...Packard Bell model AR-851 table-top AM radio...previously purchased by show creator Sherwood Schwartz to listen to Dodger games in his office. Schwartz didn't like the black radio used in the pilot...thought the white radio would show better. (He had the prop department add the handle and antenna for effect). When the show wrapped after the 3rd season, Schwartz took the now iconic TV prop back to his office, plugged it back in, and continued to listen to Dodger games on it for decades....
  3. HossC... The 2 brown vans are in The Dukes of Hazzard Racing For Home PlayStation 1, Game Boy Color and PC game. I like to pretend it's Jason Steele and Russ Mitchell's vans in the game.
  4. (Bobby Lee & Grady Hagg are talking to Jake Rainey in Jake's Cotton Gin. They show him a jug of Uncle Jesse Hagg's finest.) Bobby Lee Hagg:"You know what that is?" Jake Rainey:"It looks like a jug of whiskey." Bobby Lee Hagg:"Well, that there's a model T- Ford." Jake Rainey:"Oh?" Bobby Lee Hagg:"A Winchester Rifle."(He pats Grady.)"What is it?" Grady Hagg:"A Whitney Cotton Gin." Bobby Lee Hagg:"Mmmhmm." Jake Rainey:"Ok come on boys. What is this?" Bobby Lee Hagg:"One of a kind that's what. That there is Jesse Hagg's two year old whiskey." Jake Rainey:"Oh that's fine. The best made. That's the best there is." Bobby Lee Hagg:"That's right. The last time you saw Jesse, you threatened him." Jake Rainey:"I liked Jesse. He-" Bobby Lee Hagg:"You threatened him! Jake, me an' you an' Grady, we got a problem." Jake Rainey:"Oh." Bobby Lee Hagg:"Me an' Grady, we never been able to get our s*** together. That's one hell of a problem. An' you, you that wouldn't know class if you had a mouthful, figured you could get the class yer after, runnin' over toppa everybody. That's your problem. 'Cause of these two problems, Jesse's dead." Jake Rainey:"I'm sorry Jesse's dead. He-" Bobby Lee Hagg:"But that is changin'. Me an' Grady, we're gonna become businessmen." Jake Rainey:"Oh God!" Bobby Lee Hagg:"That's right. An' we gonna deliver every drop of Jesse's whiskey the way he wanted it done. Undiluted, uncorrupted, and untaxed. And we're gonna get back to doin' what we do best." Grady Hagg:"Which is screwin' up just about everything we touch." Jake Rainey:"Now you boys listen. I liked Jesse Hagg as much as any man in this world. But he's gone now, an' I'm sorry. But I meant what I said before. Ain't nobody movin' a drop around here, unless I say so. Nothin's changed!" Bobby Lee Hagg:"Yeah it has!" Grady Hagg:"Jake. Yer lookin' at the competition!" Bobby Lee Hagg:"An' we gonna roll right over you!"(He pats Grady and they walk out.)
  5. (Not sure which season/episode) Boss & Rosco are in Boss's office in the Courthouse. Boss Hogg:"Rosco, next time there's an election fer village idiot, I'll manage yer campaign!"
  6. I wonder who Dennis was calling "Those a**holes." The school or Moochie Welch and Buddy Repperton. Could be interpreted either way there. "Those a**holes" could mean Welch and Repperton. Could also mean the school for just kicking Repperton out and not Welch out too.
  7. Arnie Cunningham:"All in all, it wasn't a bad first day. Do you think Repperton will try to get even?" Dennis Guilder:"No. He's a douchebag. He'll find somebody else to pick on." Arnie Cunningham:"They kicked him out, you know." Dennis Guilder:"Good! What about Moochie?" Arnie Cunningham:"Probation." Dennis Guilder:"Those a**holes!"
  8. The million dollar question, if Arnie would a come clean about the killings, would she have killed him too then?
  9. And when he said "All I know is-" and looked over and back at Junkins, it's like Christine was telling Arnie to shut up.
  10. OPOSSUM on a gumbush(Enos says this)
  11. Any of y'all know this John Wayne movie?
  12. Cousin Garrett... Yep Shooter is the kid. Waylon and Jessi Colter's son. Whey is his grandson. Whey's daddy is Waylon's other son Terry. Waylon has a son Buddy Dean Jennings too named in honor of Buddy Holly. He had a daughter Julie too. Julie is gone. Died of breast cancer.
  13. Exciting news y'all... I just received my Whet Jennings Top Fan Badge over on Facebook! Yeehaa y'all!
  14. In the scene at Darnell's Garage, when Detective Junkins says "We found yer boss Will Darnell dead in yer front seat with a shotgun by his side." When Arnie asks "Why?" It's very subtle. I interpret it as he was asking Christine why she killed Darnell, and not asking Junkins why he was found dead.
  15. Happy Belated 62nd Birthday to Keith Gordon(Arnie Cunningham) 2/3/61!
  16. “May i say, madam, that you are talkin’ to Buford T. Justice.” - Buford T. Justice, 1983. (Smokey and the Bandit III)
  17. (Season 4 Hughie Hogg Strikes Again) Bo & Luke are still chasing Hughie. He notices they're still chasing him. Hughie Hogg:"Uh oh. Here they come!" Notices in the mirror, Luke getting out the passenger window of the General Lee. Hughie Hogg:"Wait a minute. What's goin' on? What are they doin'?"(Sees Luke walking to the hood of the General Lee, to the back of the motorhome.) Hughie Hogg:"Awwe! Arrrgh!" Luke is still on General Lee's hood. Bo:"Watch yer step out there, Luke!" Luke falls down on his back. Bo:"Luke! Luke, you alright?" Luke:"Yeah! Get me up some more! Alright. A little bit more. Come on. A little bit more." Luke jumps off the General Lee's hood onto the back bumper of Hughie Hogg's motorhome. Bo:"Woohoo!" Hughie Hogg (To henchman who's riding up front with him.)"Get rid of him, fast man! Geez!"
  18. I'm gonna dress up in my Skipper 's costume on Halloween to pass out candy to the kids if our house gets any trick or treaters this year.
  19. (Season 4 Ten Million Dollar Sheriff) Jason Steele & Dawson are in their brown prison van, hauling Bo & Luke to the federal prison in Atlanta. Rosco starts chasing them to get Bo & Luke back, because it turns out his inheritance was ten dollars not ten million dollars. He can't pay Jason Steele the hundred thousand dollars he owes him. Dawson and Steele left Bo & Luke their knives. The boys are working on picking the lock open on the prison vans back doors so they can jump out and escape . Bo:"Never thought I'd be happy to hear a siren." Luke:"Well, you gotta consider it's gotta be either Rosco, Boss or Cletus. Kind of like Russian roulette. We better keep at this. Come on." They continue working on picking the lock. Just then Dawson hears the siren, and notices in the mirror Rosco chasing them. Dawson:"We're bein' chased by the Sheriff. You want me to pull over?" Jason Steele:"Not until we get to Atlanta. That'll give him a lot less chance to welch on that hundred thousand dollars he owes us."(Points to road ahead. Dawson continues driving.) Rosco:"Those two ain't gonna play hard to get with me!"
  20. But I can see how these sources get mixed up thinking it's blue. I have 2 that are blue that show up black in the Skipper tribute scene pictures I make. The 2 hats that do this are my Navy Blue Fun World and my Navy Blue modified Lancaster. Both show up Black even though they're blue. The light on the set sometimes made his black hats take on a blue look.
  21. Do y'all have favorite scenes from the movie?
  22. George LeBay:"The money's not important. And there will be no bringing her back here! I'm sellin' this sh** hole an' buyin' me a condo."
