I just can't win for losing. Neighbor whined about our "security camera", even got his lawyer involved and today when I got home found a note on our door from management to remove the trail camera or we'll be in violation of blah blah blah. That's ok I'll just stick it to our front door, shouldn't be in violation of any stupid rule there. Guess you have to have a lawyer on retention to get any justice with management with all the BS we've and other neighbors had to deal with from this guy and his buddy over the years. Sure am gonna miss seeing pics of which birds visit my feeders. Got a lot of nice pics of the neighbor flipping us the bird too . Finally got finished with the drawers for the entertainment center over the weekend. I don't know who built this entertainment center but they must've had a bit too much 'shine the night before lol. One side of the shelf section was a 1/4 inch less width than the other and the detail molding was backwards on the one side so I had to make spacer blocks for the drawer sliders. I based my drawers off this design https://www.joann.com/large-shallow-pine-wood-crate/16249690.html but I used a solid front and back piece of 1 x 4 and a couple of 1 x 8's I had laying around for the bottoms and for the sides I used some lathe/lattice I found at the local menards, they sell it in bundles. Hope y'all had a good thanksgiving. We ate at relatives so I didn't have to cook . After dinner we did a little bit of shopping and shockingly everybody was civilized, stopping at walmart I was expecting what we went thru a few years ago with tv's, dvd/bluray players and video game systems flying over our heads but nope everybody was cordial and a couple even let us cut in line at the register since we only had a couple of items in our hands and they had a cart full. The wildgame trail camera Walmart had on sale was a good buy. The pictures and video are clear and crisp, my only complaints is it is set for 16:9 and not 4:3 and you can't change that setting and also you can't set it for burst picture mode where it will take 3 pics, it will only take one.

Well one more week to go and it looks like a Joe Gibbs Racing team will be taking home the championship trophy unless Kevin Harvick can pull a lucky rabbit out of his hat. Been an interesting few weeks... Had the cops out again for the neighbor and his buddy, either they don't learn or just don't give a flip about what the judge said. Went thru the trail camera sd card and seen that the "buddy" was over several times during september and october, neighbor has been sneaking him in & out at night and having him wear black clothing so the camera wouldn't pick him up, of course the buddy was stupid enough to come out during the day a few times. The arresting officer ended up showing up again and told the neighbor if he brings his buddy around anymore that there is room for the both of them in the back of his squad car. So hopefully the neighbor heeds that warning and we don't have to deal with this BS anymore. Been trying to finish up the sliding drawers I've been building for our entertainment center but mother nature has been really uncooperative either raining or today it's sleet and snow. Hopefully the forecasted sunny weather holds out for this weekend. If the duke boys drove that Roscoe would have never caught them, though I doubt they'd do any jumping in it. Went thru over 1500 pics on the trail camera today and ended up catching the "varmint" we've been having issues with on about a dozen pictures so emailed them to the prosecutor's office, hope to hear back from them tomorrow. Last Friday Night-Saturday Morning the wife's car got ransacked, the one time she forgot to lock one door. Called the police but that was pointless as they know who it is and don't care since all the guy ever takes is change. Told the officer I can put a camera in the one car if a pic of the guy would be helpful but then was told yeah but only call us if he steals something more than change.

I think I'd keep the Maserati no matter the color, someone that owns a local bread shop has a sedan and that ferrari v8 sounds so sweet when it goes by. It looks like today is the last day I'll wear shorts as tomorrow it's supposed to be 50 degrees if it even reaches that. At least we aren't getting the blizzard/snow storm that hit Colorado and some of the plains states. Hopefully we won't get a frost for a few weeks, still got a few tomato's that need to grow before picking.

In addition, each organization will be permitted to have a maximum of 10 unique chassis designs. With the rule that teams will be allowed a maximum of 12 certified chassis, a team only will be permitted to retire and replace a chassis with a different one when: The chassis has incurred damages during a race incident and the damage is determined by NASCAR to be significant enough to warrant replacement The chassis has been used as the primary vehicle (meaning it has taken the green flag to start the race) at a minimum three events by the same organization during the 2020 season The chassis has incurred damage due to a race incident but has exhausted its major repairs and cannot be updated to either its original or any of the remaining declared designs. Teams must compete in a minimum of eight events with a long block sealed engine and at least eight with a short block sealed engine (this year teams had to run three long block sealed engines and 12 short block sealed engines.) Organizations will be permitted a total of 150 wind tunnel testing hours per calendar year.

Thought we were done with the BS with the neighbor and his buddy after the sentencing at court but nope guess not. Apparently they don't give a about the Not Within 500 feet court order. Was sitting outside on our front step yesterday afternoon scraping seeds out of one of the sunflowers when the neighbor comes home and guess who's with him, his troublemaking buddy who we had arrested after he threatened us. The neighbor seen me and told his buddy just to stay in the car and he went into his apartment for a few minutes then came out and they left again. I pondered calling 911 but by the time the police would have gotten here they would have been long gone. Too bad he didn't get out of the car as then he would have a nice picture to hang from his cell wall from my new Trail camera. This isn't the 1st time he's been around either. Neighbor snuck him in on Labor Day, we only found out when they got into a fight but the police officer that came out then told us since the neighbor refused to open the door it's our word against his but he also told us if we can get photographic proof that he's here then he can get a warrant and go in and arrest him so that's one of the reasons we bought the trail camera. Last week I talked too the manager at the neighboring complex as she has had issues with these two as well and has been pushing for our complex's manager to get them out but that obviously isn't happening. She told me that I should get my wife a gun and some ccw training because she thinks the guy's dangerous from some of the stuff she's seen him do and heard about from her residents. Told the wife that and she's all for it but it will have to wait till we set aside some money till then she's carrying her mace and a pocket knife every time she leaves.

You got that right Hoss You can count on at least seeing either a viagra or cialis commercial almost every commercial break . If the race is on NBC or Fox I'll usually change the channel during the commercials. If anybody missed the race yesterday I recommend you at least watch the last stage when Nascar posts the full race next Sunday on Youtube. Chase Elliot was on fire, what a run to come from all the way in the back to win the race after hitting the tire barrier.

Busy week in Silly Season news... It's supposed to happen after Cup Qualifying today, not sure if it will be televised on NBCSN though.

Nascar doesn't allow much testing other than during Practices for races. Teams used to be able to test throughout the year but Nascar said that was a disadvantage to underfunded teams so caps testing to just a few real world tests and most of those are goodyear tire tests now. Drivers can do unlimited sim testing though. Gibbs team dominated Richmond last night bit I'm shocked Nascar only DQ'd one of their cars after the race. Something was definitely up the way that all 4 of them just drove away from the rest of the field.

Den Delirious was a hilarious movie, I think it's one of John Candy's best.

Thought I avoided the Poison ivy but apparently I didn't when I was pulling some weeds and cutting down some invasive bushes at a lady's house that I mow for. Itchiness doesn't really bother me but dang my arms sure did blister from it.

Personally I don't think he will do much better next season than Hemric did this season.Dale Jr said on one of his recent podcast's that the Xfinity cars drive so much different than the current cup cars that all the rookies moving up will struggle for at least a season just to get used to the lower power and more downforce.
