  1. Howdy folks! Chapters 8 and 9 have been posted! Almost to the end of this one. I hope you've enjoyed reading and I, of course, thank y'all for reading. =)
  2. *a uniformed Deputy steps up to the bulletin board outside the Hazzard County Courthouse. She places a piece of paper on the board and pokes a thumbtack in to hold it in place. The paper reads...* WANTED: Bad guys. Tough men. Professional smartypants. Must be charmingly smarmy, sharp witted, outrageously good looking and be able to say "I'm a bad guy, I can take care of myself" with feeling! Submit your application to: Deputy MaryAnne Coltrane, Hazzard County Sheriff's Office, Hazzard County, GA. Any former good guys who want to take a walk on the bad side may also apply. Be forewarned, the application process is strict. Void where prohibited. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. *chuckles* "Heh, let's see if Brian's payin' any attention...."
  3. Well well well and well! Alex! You've got yourself a couple of admirers! Congrats! Yes, ladies, he's single. *steps back to watch the games begin* Khee!
  4. Happy Birthday cousin! Khee! Let's have some cake!!!!
  5. F = Fix O = Or R = Repair D = Daily Everything under the sun has been painted like the General Lee. Cars, trucks, bicycles, tractors, you name it, we've seen it. The thing is, the paint job is so unique that there's no mistaking it for anything other than being the "General Lee." Roger made a good a point, about folks paying tribute to the General, even if they don't have the right car to put the paint job on. I'll admit the Mustang looks silly with the paintjob but I can't exactly fault whoever decided to go that route. Given the General's paint job is so unique, the reverse, however, can't be said for KITT. He was black. Good ol' basic, dime a dozen black. The General was painted black in a couple of episodes. Heck, the General started out as black. So...if you paint a '69 Charger black, you can't say you're copying Knight Rider, because KITT's black paint job wasn't exactly anything really unique and original. Nobody would even think "Oh, you're copying KITT." Of course, if you have a Firebird or T/A of that vintage and it's painted black, folks will ask. "KITT?" I know. They ask me with my car. LOL Now since we're all beating up on Fords here, how about painting a '69 Charger red with a white stripe on it? Hmm?? That's a unique paint job...
  6. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! The price is now down to $16,995. Or as a local car salesmen would put it 'round here.... "Sixteen nine ninety fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive....." I can spend my $$ much wisely I think.
  7. My pirate name came up Captain Bess Cash! "Even though there's no legal rank on a pirate ship, everyone recognizes you're the one in charge. You're musical, and you've got a certain style if not flair. You'll do just fine. Arr! " I think I'll post that to me blog... Yarrr!!
  8. MaryAnne replied to JESSI DUKE's topic in Off Topic
My thoughts are with you Jessi.
  9. Didn't you watch the Duck and Cover film, Alex? You're under the desk there, you're fine! Meanwhile, Mufn and I are glowing. Just in time for Halloween! Khee!
  10. GAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!! Wrong button?! Man, and I thought my tripping a cord around here was cause for meltdown... KHEE!
  11. That's a good question. Hey Alex! The Master Waxer! Since you're doing such a good job with my car you could probably go into business for yerself! And keep out of trouble. Heheheheheheh!
  12. Wax on, apply directly to the car... Wax on, apply directly to the car... Wax on, apply directly to the car... Wax on is available from major auto suppliers nationwide.
  13. I did one, kinda basic but.... http://www.hazzardnet.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1300
  14. Yaarr! Har har!!
  15. Chapters 6 and 7 have been posted!
  16. Heheheheheh!
  17. Well I've found... Five saints named Luke Two hurricanes named Daisy Biblical character named Jesse (father of King David) Biblical character named Enos (Enosh - Genesis 5:6) No namesakes for Bo or Beauregard Cooter doesn't even come up as a name at all Rosco comes up under Roscoe but no namesakes (No Saint Rosco? Hmm... LOL) Jefferson (for Boss) has no namesakes either.
  18. That's right! Be careful where you're poking that pork. *sits down to watch events unfold between Brian, Alex and the Sheriff*
  19. Oh no no. Alex isn't getting off THAT easy. Heh! Rosco was a test, but he doesn't seem to want to participate in the results. So I may just have to turn this thing toward Alex and see what it does!
  20. That's funny, you revealed the age as 25 in a previous post for this character's profile....
  21. Yes! As the Guiness guys would say... "BRILLIANT!" Assuming of course Rosco survives bein' shot at by said canon, we can just stuff 'em into the thing and send 'em flyin'! Khee!!! I love it, I love it....
  22. Ooo! That's a good idea too! I wonder if we can drag Rosco and then fly him to the moon? *Begin Frank Sinatra moment* Fly me to the moon.... *End Frank Sinatra moment*
  23. Heh heh! Me either. And that canon shot I just lobbed at him will probably just bounce off his head. I'm trying to think of all the "heady" insults Boss used to toss out. Did he ever say anything about Rosco using his head for a paperweight? Khee!
