  1. Ack! I fell behind here. LOL I remember now it was Rosco's car in "The Revenge of Hughie Hogg" Which prompts this trivia quesiton... Rosco had two different personal cars that we saw over the course of the show. One in the episode mentioned above and another in "To Catch a Duke." What make and model was each car?
  2. Awright, I didn't care for any of the suggestions for cop costumes for me. Infact, I've decided to join the SWAT team...
  3. A. The real Rosco gave the money back. He also pinched Boss's cheek. Khee! I'm still ponderin' your other question about which lawman's personal car is shown in The Revenge of Hughie Hogg....
  4. Chapters 3 and 4 of "No Time for Goodbyes" have been posted! (Three is a short one and I figued if I posted a chapter THAT short it would be grounds for mutiny, so I included chapter 4 as well. LOL)
  5. Gotta be. And I think the boys are hiding in a corner lookin' over that catalog. Or they're working on their Dog Collar Challenge story. Which is something I should be doing. LOL
  6. My name is MaryAnne and I suffer from DDS. Khee! I'll admit, I like to drive fast. LOL. Not really really fast, (tho' highway driving is fun. Khee!) but I ain't one of those ten mile below the limit people. My brother always says "hang on cousin" when I go through a turn just a wee bit too fast. LOL. Actually, watching the Dukes I think made me hone my driving skills a little better tho'. I don't set out to drive recklessly. Bo and Luke didn't just one day become really good drivers, they learned and developed their skills over time. Although I know well enough that you can't jump a car like they did on the show and still drive around normally, I know that in order to drive like the Dukes you have to respect the vehicle you're driving, pay attention to it, know what it's capable and not capable of and of course, be paying attention to traffic. When I drive I'm completely in a "zone" because I'm watching traffic ahead of me, behind me, beside me. The important thing is to be safe because you never know what other people are doing on the road. (Yapping on a cell phone, putting on make up, eating, painting their toenails, getting dressed, drinking coffee, writing a report, shaving, fixing their hair....and often this is all at once.) If you have the urge to spin your wheels a bit, find a big empty parking lot first. LOL And if the cops are chasing you, please pull over. More than likely that ain't Rosco back there. LOL
  7. Milo!! ROFL. Tho' I have to admit that had you asked it the other way around that woulda been hard because I can never remember the other son's name. But who could forget Milo? LOL
  8. Yeah right. Brian's buying me donuts, you're washing my car. Y'all up to no good, I know ya are.
  9. *swallows down last of donut with a drink of milk* Oh I'm sure they're up to something. They don't fool me. Heh heh...
  10. Reality checks are not negotiable around here. We don't deal in reality. Neither one of those models shows off anymore than Daisy ever did in the show so if anyone seeing those is bothered by them, they obviously have never watched a single episode of the Dukes. Now, gettin' back on topic heah.... I own no such catalog. Brian's just trying to hide the fact that it's his own!
  11. Mmm! Thanks! *munches away happily on donut, washes down some with the milk* Delicious...
  12. Ooo...I think I see a honey dip (or glazed) next to the Bavarian Cream there in front.... Yum!
  13. If you look down at the bottom of the screen you should see a little box that says "Posting rules" and there's a line that says "smilies are on." The smilies is a link and if you open that in a new window you'll see all the smilies and the commands to make them appear.
  14. I like the nighstick. Khee! We also got sticks to poke with too! Khee!
  15. Yeah, Daney, what's your excuse? Don't make me have to use force!
  16. Awright, we'll letcha slide on that one for now. LOL
  17. What the @#$%& does Walter Cronkite have to do with Isaiah Coltrane? Earth to Daney, your signal is weak. I think your radio just short circuited...
  18. Great! Only thing is I still got stories from five years ago that I haven't finished either....
  19. Oh now who wouldn't wanna read all 94 pages of this thread?! Those of ya who don't are really missing some entertainment!
  20. Welcome to HNet! Like Lukas said, pardon the occasional sanity...I mean occasional insanity. Khee! Make yourself at home.
  21. I've given a lot of long hard thought to some story ideas but have yet to settle in with something. Of course, this is from the person who has yet to complete her Appomattox Challenge story!
