DO NOT touch this and invest it after you have 3-6 months of your expenses in an emergency fund. from '90-2000 I made enough to pay cash for a 3 bed room 2 bathroom house and the taxes etc. When the smoke cleared I had all the money I started with plus $10,000 of my interest UNTOUCHED! I'm talking to you now in a house that was basically " Free"....I paid for it with interest and stil had " MY" money AND the 10 thousand left of interest! It took 10 HARD years though!
