LOL Roger...I think just right after the radio had said something of Charlie Daniels being somehwere around here, I read your post there. Well lucky for you it sounds like they're still together. Still can't envision Country without Brooks and Dunn! I've always enjoyed their music and their style. It is sad to see Country losing another original Country artist(s) that had kept it country over the years. They deserve the break and to do whatever they want, but that still don't help me feel any better.

LOL Roger! I like your idea for excercise...maybe I should try it out for awhile. And if I attempted to throw a ball and watch TV at the same time, I'd probably break the TV and I'd be done watching TV for awhile.

I heard it first from my mom on Monday night who heard it on the radio and then again from someone at work who also heard it on the radio. I am very saddened by this. I can't think of Country Music without them - they are such an amazing act, very talented, and they keep it COUNTRY if you know what I mean. They are my favorite duo / band and am having a hard time believing that this is the end for them. Well I hope that they will enjoy their retirement, I guess after twenty long years of providing us with their music, they deserve a break...deserve to do their own thing. But still. . .

Karate boring? Never heard that before. LOL. I took Tae Kwon Do several years ago for several years. I got to black tip I think before the place closed down due to the lack of money, went to an affiliated place, but it wasn't the same. Meant some friends there too while it had lasted and had fun. I played a year of softball and didn't do anything all year, but the last game, I caught the game winning catch! Was never good at it, played second or shortstop mainly which I was excited about, because my all time favorite baseball player, Ryne Sandberg, played second base...I love baseball, but not a fan of softball for some odd reason. I use to play baseball with my cousins, but that was about it. But about the only thing I do for fun to attempt to keep fit is to walk my dog when I find the time and the energy to do so.

Well I have never really seen the Blues Brothers to really have a fair say in the matter, but I am willing to bet that The General Lee would definately out beat him. With Bo or Luke behind the wheel, The General can NOT be beat.

That sounds like a great resolution Roger! Dukes over resolution...I'd much rather watch the Dukes over the politics. I probably should pay more attention to politics than I do, but I really don't pay all that much attention, especially on TV. Then again, of what I do hear or read about, they don't make me very happy either. So I guess I am for the better. Well I heard or read once that if you work at changing something that after three weeks the change will become routine. So maybe I can do it...I just have to get it started. Which is the hard part.

Awww *blushes* Thanks Roger. That sounds like a good idea about setting it to be a monthly resolution over a year. Work at one step at a time and it doesn't sound so intimidating. It'd be a great time to work on losing weight and not eating so much...hmmm if I can make it one month, perhaps I can make it to weight loss goal. One step at a time. . .

YAY Daisy and Roger. Congrats on doing a good job at keeping your resolutions. Keep up the great work. As for me I think I am going to agree with Jimmie Buffett and make a new resolution to not make any more resolutions . LOL I need to find more and better motivation or something...
