  1. Here's a quick easy one Bo, Daisy and Luke.....favorite color
  2. Jesse (booming voice coming from kitchen) "What in the world has got those chickens all fired up? Rodney's running around like a fox is after him or something."
  3. In addition, I also met Hazzardnet member CNH320. He doesn't post a lot but he sure has a nice General Lee and Hazzard Sheriff's car. I got my picture taken with the General while sitting on the drivers side door. I also met another Hazzard County resident.....Sherry Tolliver from "the Rustlers". Most of you probably know that she is Mrs James Best. That's a great story about Flash, DaisyMae. Thanks for that information about that touching scene Meadowmuffin. I'm still walking on a cloud from Saturday. It's going to be a long time before I come down.
  4. Brian wrote that? In case you missed it big guy, I gave you a compliment about that in the Rosco thread (see Canton if you haven't already) That was a nice piece of work.
  5. Thanks to whoever it was for reminding us that today (Jan 26) was the birthday of the first Dukes show on television. That was a very well written piece on the homepage. My compliments to the author. I had a very special Dukes birthday. I got to meet Rosco and 3 other Hazzardnet residents. TimDuke, Daney and DaisyMaeDuke are great. Those 3 are what Hazzard County is all about and I'm proud to call them my friends. Thanks for sharing in a great Hazzard adventure with me you three!! I wish I could have talked to Rosco longer but I wanted to be respectful of the long line of people behind me. I joked about being worried that he would catch me in a speed trap. I was pleased that my wife got a picture of him laughing at that. While he was signing an autograph for me, I mostly just the spent the next few seconds complimenting him on his amazing acting skills and I mentioned some examples of particular scenes I loved. I told him that the most emotional thing I've ever seen on television (not including major tragedies like 911) was the tribute he gave to Boss on the Reunion Movie. I don't really like thinking about it because to me Boss and Jesse will never die but for some reason I felt compelled to mention that to him. His response was "Yes, I really miss my little fat buddy." Those were his exact words and he wasn't acting when he said them. I'm not so sure that I did the right thing by mentioning something sad but to me it's proof that everybody who has been involved in the show in any way (including all of us Hazzardnet folks) really are in this thing together. We really are a family united by a love of a show and a love of each other. You're awesome Rosco. Nobody on this planet would have made a better Sheriff Coltrane...Khee Khee!!! I love it. I love it!!!
  6. You folks did pretty good...except Laura missed one. I made up William's Crossroads. Laura, DaisyMae holds the record with 41 in a row correct. That is going to be tough to beat but it's certainly possible. In fact, DaisyMae might have another streak started. If she gets 3 more right I'll have to go back and check. Which of these were on the show? Harpervillie or Hooper City Richard Petty or Cale Yarborough Lazy Lake or Lake Chicamahonney
  7. Right DaisyMae, she had a sign painter add "Lulu" to the front of all Boss's businesses, including the bank. (You go girl) Who sang "Lone Star Cowboy" at the end of the episode "Double Dukes"?
  8. Brian, I don't understand how you can be using the Hazzardnet while you're tied up. Maybe you have a pencil in your mouth or something. (maybe you have two pencils in your mouth because I see you're still able to up "Shift" for those capitol letters) Anyway, I don't know too much about computers, but can't you use it to find someone to rescue you? Maybe you should google Underdog or something. He doesn't like buttermilk either. Maybe he can bring you a super energy pill. It sounds like you could use one.
  9. That reminds me of a joke that Foxworthy said before the Olympic Games opened in Atlanta. He said that when they release the doves of peace in the opening ceremony, there would be rednecks in the parking lot with shotguns hunting for lunch.
  10. Well Kim, you said in your post that you wish you were in Hazzard. Wish no more. By logging onto Hazzardnet, you've driven your General Lee right across the county line and into the best place on earth. You are now officially a resident of Hazzard County. Buckle up for safety.
  11. Go to the Rosco thread to hear some of the experiences at Canton Ohio. Hopefully all 4 of us (maybe even more) will tell stories over the next couple days. Luckily Rosco didn't catch any of us in his speed trap and cuff us and stuff us.
  12. Rosco was awesome. It was also awesome meeting Hazzardnet members for the first time. Thanks to TimDuke, Daney and DaisyMaeDuke for making this such a great experience. Hazzardnet folks really are a big happy family. I'll post more about this later tonight. I have some things to do this evening first. Hopefully Tim, Daney and Daisy will post their experience here too.
  13. Bo, Luke and Daisy, what is your earliest memory of Boss Hogg? How about you earliest memory of Rosco?
  14. All 3 of you are right. Alex has 19 in a row correct. DoubleX still has 24. From "Share and Share Alike" what did H.E.R.S. stand for? Two hints: Lulu founded it and the H stands for Hazzard.
  15. That might be a good idea. That way if Rosco catches you in his speedtrap, he might give you a break on a ticket......especially if Flash is with him. He'd never give someone a ticket if they had their own velvet ears and his velvet ears was watching. I can hear Flash angrily woofing at Rosco now.
  16. As Rosco would say "That's good news, good news!!" I hope to see you there Tim. Just a warning, watch out going down Rt 77. Rosco might have a speedtrap set up there. I hear Boss is trying to raise money for his latest scam so Rosco might be working to get his 50% of 50%. I'll be there early to check out some cars at the show before Rosco shows up.
  17. I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight. I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve.
  18. Thanks Julie, I don't know if they're going to rerun it but I'd love to see that. I'll be checking the next couple days to see if it's on again. Charlie is my all time favorite singer. I wish he would have done a guest appearence on Dukes. My two favorite CDB songs are "What the World Needs is a few more Rednecks" and "Simple Man"
  19. All 3 of you are right. Alex has 18 in a row. Where was Loretta Lynn held hostage at? A) Hazzard Stockyards Hazzard Junkyard C) Boar's Nest D) Hazzard Fairgrounds E) Amazon Archery Clubgrounds
  20. This question is for all 3 Dukes. If you ever had the chance to take a trip on the Space Shuttle would you? (even though it doesn't go that much higher than the General)
  21. Rosco's going to be at a car show in Canton Ohio on Saturday. Daney and Tim Duke have posted some information about it on other threads. I met Cooter at a car show in Erie Pennsylvania and met Luke after he sang at a fair in Pennsylvania. I sent Enos a fan letter and put my phone number in it and he actually called me. I sent him a birthday card the next year and he called again!!
