Happy anniversary! I loved that movie! Predictable but fun. Great special effects., The local dirt track opens on Friday. I'm pretty excited about it. I'm recording the final race of Supercross dirt bikes tonight.

Found a great one while researching Daisy's Plymouth. From that car's final chase leading up to its destruction at Kissing Cliff, they recycled the same shot but reversed it. I first noticed it by noticing the same body damage (rear fender above the wheel) on both sides. When I slowed it down frame-by-frame, I was shocked to see it was the EXACT SAME FOOTAGE but reversed...and that I'd never had a clue! First time we see it is the reversed footage. You can see on the supposed driver's side what is Luke's arm casually on the window ledge, gripping the roof...on what is actually the passenger side. In the subsequent shot, a millisecond later, the driver can be seen gripping the wheel on the wrong side (must've gone to the UK). One will also notice between the two shots the rear view mirror is on the wrong side, to emphasize what we have already seen. Now, compare the first photo with this one, taken later in the same chase scene. It's EXACTLY THE SAME but reversed. Even the tree, shrubbery, position of the Sheriff car, etc....

Take away the number you first thought of, and the winner is...

I'm kinda depressed about David Ragen not being up there anymore. I understand it's because he switched teams and all but still it's getting me down and not making the season as interesting as it was last year. Hey Garrett, you're pretty well connected in the world of NASCAR. Next time you're in one of the meetings at NASCAR corporate headquarters could you tell them my story and maybe use your influence to get Ragen up there in the top 10? They don't take bribes do they?.....'cause I have $152 in my savings if that will help.

I sure hope they don't start random drug testing for members of the HazzardNet. I'm not sure what Brian spiked the egg nog with at our last Christmas party but I think it's still in my system.

And I root for the Cubs because I like you so much. But when they play the Pirates you're my biggest enemy. Grrrrrrr!

NOT A CHANCE, ROGER! First of all, I don't have a second favorite baseball team. If I had to chose a second one, I would go for the Yankees I guess since they got Jeter and I know more players, but don't do the AL thing if I can help it. Baseball = Cubs...Cubs = baseball to me. And if you think I would ever trade them as my favorite team, especially the Pirates, you are sadly mistaken. Second of all, JEFF GORDON will ALWAYS be my FAVORITE NASCAR driver. End of story. You and David Ragen are just outta luck. Third of all, I only play the best of the best in my fantasy team. Especially facing YOU. Prepare to lose, Roger. . . So I guess you can say that I am not interested in ending this nasty rivalry of your's...that is unless you have gained a better sense of taste in sports and go for the CHICAGO CUBS and JEFF GORDON. Sounds like a great idea to me. (Oh by the way...tell your buddy Tim Lincecum a happy 28th birthday...since he is on one of my fantasy teams...) Hope you know I say all that cause I care and hope only for the best for you...hurts me deeply that you go for such teams that you do. Perhaps some of my GREAT taste will rub off on you. I can only hope... BTW...GO CUBS GO!!!!!! GO JEFF GORDON GO!!!!!!!!!

LOL You're a Cubs fan and I'm a Pirates fan so we both know the value of having an alternate team that we like BUT that doesn't mean we like them more and doesn't mean we'd root for them if they were facing our favorite team. After all these years of a bitter, hateful sports rivalry here on the HazzardNet it's nice to know we finally found common ground and both have JJ as our second favorite driver. If you're really interested in ending this insanity of our constant ugly feuding I suggest that you immediately abandon Jeff Gordon as your favorite and make David Ragen your #1 driver. If you don't, I'll have to assume that you're interested in keeping our rivalry alive. Also, you should immediately dump the Cubs for the Pirates. That would go a long ways in proving you're serious about wanting to live in a peaceful environment here on the HazzardNet. And one more thing, you should bench your best players on the weeks that you're playing me in our fantasy baseball league. I hope I'm not being unreasonable. If you think I am that's proof that you're unreasonable.

Okay, we have a contest. It's best out of three. So far you're leading in fantasy baseball and I'm leading in the Pirates-Cubs series. It looks like this Memorial Day battle will be settled on the racetrack....sounds like the makings of a Dukes episode.
