Besides Christopher Mayer, the actor playing Jeb Morton he was the only other actor from the open cattle call for Coy & Vance to actually appear in an episode.

OMG y'all... I just found out about another Hazzard/Mayberry connection. The one guy in the military when Ernest T. Bass wants to join, he is Hobie Hartkins the town drunk from Dukes.

Y'all... I spotted Fred and Lamont Sanford's truck of Sanford and Son in The Dukes of Hazzard Season 3 Uncle Boss(filmed in Season 2 aired in Season 3.) The truck can be seen in Hazzard Square when Rosco starts chasing Luke & Cooter when he thinks they're running moonshine, after he saw them load the trunk with the boxes, after Uncle Jesse's disguised voice phone call tip off to him. In the clip, the truck can be seen at 0:03.

I wonder why they always goof up the 00 packaging calling it Cooter's 00 Mustang. Not Cooter's it's Buzz Kilroy's car. The original Season 1 series 1 release 2004 did it too it called Ben Jones Ben Cooper on the DVD case but got it right as Ben Jones on the 2012 DVD case. There really is a Ben Cooper I looked him up. Has other toys for other shows or movies done that? A goof package?

Dukes of Hazzard fans who complain about Coy and Vance should just be glad they were given those different names. Warner Brothers could've easily just continued using the original Bo and Luke names. Bo for Byron Cherry and Luke for Christopher Mayer but they didn't. Others done it. Roseanne kept the name Becky while Sarah Chalke replaced the original Lecy Goranson.

Throwback to when I was a kid and thought I could live life like the Dukes of Hazzard! 🚗💨 I remember being stuck in road construction with a bridge out, and I excitedly told my dad, "Jump it, Daddy!" 😂 He just chuckled and said, "The Dukes of Hazzard isn't real, son. You can't do what they do." 😂 Looking back, it was a funny moment, but it's cool to see how the show has stuck with me all these years.
