Do any of y'all remember the concert that him and John did when he got Laryngitis ? it must have been hard on him . John had to do most of the singning I bet I do remember Tom having to leave the wrap party early because his throat was sore. I recall reading that the next day he couldn't say a word he could only blink and smile at the fans and I also remember reading about the next day that when him and John were performing and one of the stage guys gave Tom a bottle of water for his throat and then a few hours later Tom got a tickle in this throat and he sprayed water all over John's jacket and John gave him a funny look.

It happened just two days after his fiftieth birthday. I'm just curious as to whether he was there. I know he did 9//11 themed show with Sigourney Weaver called 'The Guys'.

  7. For those of you watching the Dukes on CMT. I believe they started what was the seventh and final season of the show last night. From what I remember growing up the show really showed its age during this season (it still had its moments, but they were running out of ideas) One of the things I noticed as a Luke fan that though he was my favorite character growing up, they really didn't change or explore his character that much (or the others either for that matter). He was always the one who came up with the plans etc which was vital, but with the show aging (their use of model cars for the jumps this season were obvious, lol), I think it would have been interesting to sho…

  8. At the beginning of this year, Tom was doing a Q&A session on Twitter and so I took the opportunity to ask him a question relating to the Dukes of Hazzard and what he took away from it. I know there is the thread about Tom's attitude towards the show and that some of it might be negative, but I think his short answer still says alot... That he took more away from the relationships he developed with the cast and crew than the actual show itself. I found out something very intersecting yesterday afternoon and did you know that Tom's music goes for more on ebay that John's does now. And that's all format and apparently the 45 records and really popular as well, which I have some of his records as well at home I think I might hold onto them now.
