September 4, 20241 yr 19 years ago already? Wow, that was fast. It's not necessarily a bad movie, just not very good. This is easily one, if not the best scene of the movie: I'd love to drive General Lee more than KITT (grew up watching it, but much prefer General Lee now).
September 5, 20241 yr It had a few good parts but I didn't like it. Nothing good can come from replacing Denver with Willie. I could go on about everything else I didn't like about it but that was the biggest one.

Burt Reynolds did great playing Boss and they had some great stunts, but that's as far as I can say positive about it.

No. There's an even crappier Dukes of Hazzard that came out in 2007 or something, let me check... The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning That looks pretty bad, even worse than the 2005 flick, yikes. Willie Nelson was in this one, too. Huh.
September 6, 20241 yr You are right about The Beginning being terrible. It's almost as if they were trying to be bad and ran out of creative ways to make it even worse.
