I like the series and I thought the movie was pretty good. I think the movie picked actors similar to the series...Just my opinion..

Could you see Granny getting mad because Rosco she couldn't her jug with her.

Jethro as another Deputy for Rosco, he wouldn't be very funny but not to bright. Or even Better yet, he is Cooter's assitant at the garage.

Well this thread is two days older than dirt, but I’m still replying lol. The Beverly Hillbillies are another classic family show. Least in my opinion, can’t beat em.

I like that you are breathing new life into old threads. It's a bit like restoring an old car. It's fun to watch something that has been ignored come back to its former glory.  As you search you will be amazed at how vast this place it. 

Sadly another show that Political Correctness will probably be attacking if it hasn't already. 😢
