HossC
The one where Uncle Jesse is looking up, is " Duke vs. Duke" ( ??) and he is looking up at Boss Hogg and just about to yell, " Not yet ya Ninny!", when Boss is about to start the race too soon!Well spotted, Hobie. It looks like the version they ending up using mainly featured Uncle Jesse looking up:Here's the platform that Boss was standing on:And a better look at the outfits in color:
Roth Potter
Thanks for finding it guys! Appreciated.I don't know if this is an original or a remake, but it does look very nice. The only episode which comes to my mind is 'Arrest Jesse Duke' S02E12.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.Unfortunately I can't link Cathy's clothes to episodes, then I would know immediately which episode this is from. I think this is from early on in the show. season 1 to 4 as I don't remember seeing that barman after season 4.Is it just me or is Catherine looking a bit swollen up. I guess it is the stance.I won't say what but something is seen which you should normally not see.I think this is behind one of the sound stages. Roth Potter
Seems like this guy bought an original from CBS. I hadn't seen this picture anywhere else.Original from ebay user hollywoodlandphotoz. This looks like it was taken at that city where they raced in the episode 'Luke's Love Story' S01E07. I believe it's name was Pico, though it could also only have been mentioned as a street by Gaby in the second reunion movie. This would make for a nice desktop picture without that text. Catherine is here sitting in her Roadrunner.A am almost a hundred percent sure this is taken on midwest street. Otherwise this might be Laramie street. It also features in a couple of other episodes and the 2007 Dukes movie - see here and here in the Hazzard Square thread. I can't tell whether this is Piru - I'll have to compare some pictures. Roth Potter
Hoss, there is not much to go by but I thought those telephone polls were seen a few times when in Piru.Roger, I don't mind you saying it a hundred times. I enjoy people giving positive comments. Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.Who said General Lee never had a full rollcage on the show? Anyone recognize which stuntman just jumped General Lee? It doesn't look like Corey nor Al Wyatt Jr.Catherine showing her pretty legs. This is probably from the Griffith Park shoot are there is no number on the door.Another picture of the same shoot. If i'm honest I like this one way more then the other, though colours would be nice.Same shorts as in the last picture. I guess all pictures with these shorts are from before the show as during the show most of her shorts were "V" shaped at the bottom instead of "-" shaped. As almost certainly confirmed by the shorts the moonshine also indicate this was from before the show started.I wonder, was the show at first going to be about moonshiners instead of retired moonshiners? i1976
This would make for a nice desktop picture without that text. Catherine is here sitting in her Roadrunner.Again, blue eyes. I still don't know what's the real color of Catherine's eyes. They're really shimmering: sometimes hazel, sometimes green, and now... blue? I don't think she wears colored contact lens (did colored lens exist in eighties?).So, I don't know if it's the light, or the picture, but I'm AMAZED of how shimmering her eyes are. Beautiful eyes, and beautiful woman THANKS for these pictures.
Roth Potter
Don't know about lenses. I wear glasses myself.I'm glad you enjoy the pictures Ila. As the amount of picture shrink I have been able to compare pictures with each other more easily so expect to see two pictures from the same shoot in a post.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.I am very sure i posted a very small picture of this jump before showing the car flipped. I don't know the episode but this is that X-crossing when everyone crashes on top each other and General Lee is able to fly over them due to a bump in the road. I think it's Lake Sherwood but I'm not sure.Original from AllPosters.comI can't tell if he's moving over the hood or sitting like that. Either way this is a very nice picture of Byron.Luke, Daisy and Bo inside a soundstage with the exterior of their farm.Original from ImageCollect.comThis must have been taken just before or after the previous image. These both are from the shoot were we see all four Duke boys. jaak
I guess this counts....Here is a pic of the front of an actual series used GL. It was one of the 17 cars left after filming that were bought by members of the Dodge Charger Registry back in 1991 or 1992.What I find interesting is how crudely some of these cars were put together. If you look closely you can tell it is a 68 Charger grille with a center piece (cut from a 69 grille) just pop-riveted or screwed into place. Having a couple of these cars, and working on them, I find some of the 'techniques' they used to slap these cars together interesting.Jason
Roth Potter
Thank you so much for that picture Jason!I always wondered why some General Lee's had a sort of V shape at the top of grille, now I know why. It was mentioned they in Our finest members' Tom Sarmento interview.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.Woof!Did Flash actually ever have Rosco's hat on? I seem to only remember the racing helmet. Is anyone able to read what the text is? "... the best! Tom Wopat, Luke." You would think 'All' but it looks more like 'her' or 'hel'. Though i've hear Tom's handwriting isn't the best so it could also just be All.A cast picture for the Hazzard in Hollywood movie.I never noticed the blue stripes of Rosco's jeans. Are there even there in the movie? Here's another one also showing the balladeer. I think the balladeer in 'Hazzard in Hollywood' was better then the one in the 1997 movie. Are there even there in the movie? They're definitely in the movie (although I had to double-check ).PS. I'm pretty sure that Tom's autograph says "All the Best", even though it looks like "Her the Best".
Hobie Hartkins
I think the Balladeer was Mack Davis in that one!!
Roth Potter
Thank you Hoss, I never expected to have missed the blue stripe as it's so obvious now. I guess I didn't see it before as a lot of filming was done from the waist up.Hobie, it wasn't Mack Davis but Mac Davis. I wonder if this was taken before the show started or during the show.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.I had posted this picture before but not as big as this one. This is the first time I see the camera crew filming this jump.It looks like some of the cars in the pile were from some of the bad guys from previous episodes. This would have been an awesome background picture if it wasn't for that test.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler. Here we can clearly see that Boss his suit actually wasn't white but more creme compared to the white cloth underneath. Sorry I don't know how to call that piece of his clothing.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.I wonder what Coy is doing in Vance his hair. Roth Potter
I have the feeling it'missing a page.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler. At first I thought it was , but it has a different pushbar. Beside that they look very much like the same jump. This would be another nice action picture if it didn't have the text.I had never seen this one before. Roth Potter
Thank you Hoss. Do you edit the colour levels too? Because the bushes have become more grey then green if I'm honest. If Dating sites existed in the early 80s and the Dukes had an account on one this would be a very possible profile photo. Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler. At first I thought I had already posted this one, but it isn't the same. In fact I even think it's at a different tree's location.A nice picture of the Griffith Park shoot.Another nice picture of the Griffith Park shoot. HossC
Thank you Hoss. Do you edit the colour levels too? Because the bushes have become more grey then green if I'm honest.Yes, I did play with the levels. The original looked too yellow, but looking again at my version, the trees probably are a little gray. The quality of the original isn't great, but I've had another play with the levels - see what you think.
Roth Potter
Very nice job Hoss. I do believe I had posted this one before. Now it's bigger though.I guess I don't need to tell from which episode this is.I think this is from some sort of magazine that they have their names in the picture.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler.Four Dukes from a pretty unusual angle, I don't think I've ever seen that electrical box hanging there as it as never on screen. I am learning to be an electrician so that is why I'm interested in it. To orientate, the kitchen door is on the left and behind the camera is the living room. Here we see Terry Lee (Danny Cooksey) in the episode 'A Boy's Best Friend' S06E07. Hobie Hartkins
Danny Cooksey's voice always got on my nerves, but I think they used him on several commercials and other spots, because that voice is unmistakable!
Roth Potter
Yes, his voice was definitely unmistakable.Original from ebay user greenjeepwrangler. This is a jump from the X shaped intersection on Lake Sherwood. I think they should have used more weight in the back because when you watch this scene you see it is about to flip.Rosco sitting on the left and the cast not looking to the camera? Definitely behind the scenes. It looks like its dark here, but I think it's just badly lighted and at daylight. This is at Midwest Street.Have I posted this before? after 1457 pictures I have kind of lost track.
Roth Potter
Remember this picture? Again, thank you for removing the text Hoss. While trying to search for new pictures I found two screencaps on the internet.See the branch? It's a clear match with the behind the scenes picture. To see which scene it is from there was another screencap.I think it is from the scene where she is washing her 'unmentionables' while Enos is spying on her. I've got no idea on the episode but it gives an idea. It's funy how they try to hide buildings with other buildings or stuff like a haystack.
