I wonder if right place here for thread about what you pets name after Dukes Of Hazzard's folks? My cat girl caico name is Daisy that name after Daisy Duke here picture:

so my mom got new dog name Grady sound like after acting sheriff Grady as well... here picture look cute with my mom I not sure if they name him to be:

he bit injury before mom bought it. my mom love dog right now after my cat samantha die very old and blind after age pass last end July as well.. we miss her.. since bought her last 1994 when I was senior year... oh well..

what about you guys had own pet like name after and why?

I also have a cat named Daisy Mae Duke...or just Daisy who is 13 or 14 years old. I also have nine month old dog named Rosco P. Coltrane...or just Rosco.

We have a dog named Daisy. I once had a dog named Bo and a cat named Flash.

And I have a grandson named Luke who was born on Waylon Jennings' birthday.

We have a dog named Sadie and there was Sadie Hogg's Day on the show. Does that count? LOL.

My 3 month old Boxer puppy is simply named Duke.

Boxers are great...bet you are enjoying him. Great name too! (My parents have a boxer...)

i have had 4 ferrets named after dukes....bo, luke, daisy and flash.

I have a cat named Waylon J. after Waylon Jeninngs of course, one named Bo Jackson, Daisy La'Mae and I had Lucas K. aka Luke but sadly he got too brave with a dog. I have a dog named Jeb after Jeb Stuart whom Luke Duke refers to a lot and one named Clyde after Waylons song. and I had a dog named Boss. I have a lot of pets......

I have 2 Chihuahuas one is Daisy Mae Duke and the other is Lexie Lynn after Loretta Lynn. Daisy is sable (red/brown) Lexie is tricolored.

Well I really would name my pet after a Duke character but the only pet I have for now is my orange cat named OJ. Person before us named him. I just hope that when we get a bigger house we could get another cat or something else, then I might secretly name it Bo or Luke or after some character because my parents are going to tease me that I'm obsessed with it (even though it's true).

Lexie Lynn after Loretta Lynn.

I just love Loretta. She's my favorite female singer and Charlie Daniels is my favorite male. I love that southern sound. It's too bad some of these newer singers try to hide their accent. I live in northern Pennsylvania so I don't hear a lot of accents but if I ever moved down south I'd have an accent in a couple days!

Its like just because they watched it when they were my age, they should just enjoy that i like something like that and not one of the shows that are on now-a-days that are bad.

That's a good idea. I never would have thought of naming him General. Maybe we could get another orange cat.

We used to have a cat named Flash. He didn't look like that one though. He didn't look like Rosco's hound either.

And the puppy being my very own Rosco P. Coltrane...well not so much of a puppy any more. He is now almost eleven months old. (He's just as ornery as ol' Rosco was...KHEE!)
