Luke swallowed, his head screaming for Bo to stay with him, that he was afraid to be in the room alone. He didn't though and hugging his pillow close to him shut his eyes.

Bo quietly left the room and headed out to the kitchen to tidy away the things from breakfast. With Daisy gone most of the time now, he had learnt how to cook pretty decently for himself using Lavinia's old cookbooks. As long as he followed them he was pretty good...well he hadn't poisoned himself yet anyway.

The phone rang at that moment, its shrill bells echoing off the walls.

Bo near jumped a mile as it did, sighing a little before drying his hands and picking up the phone.

"Yello Bo Duke..."

"Hey Bo," said Daisy. "How you doin' honey?"

Bo smiled a little, hearing his other older cousin's voice.

"Well hey there stranger...not too bad you?"

"I'm good...staying busy...what's new?"

Bo smirked, leaning against the wall.

"Wouldn't you like to know..."

"Yeah I would...so tell me..." she giggled.

"Tell you what....you can come see for yourself. I've got a surprise here at the farm...come see what it is...otherwise you'll never know..."

Bo tempted with a grin,

"Aww Bo!!!" whined Daisy. "Come on!!!"

"Nu uh...if you wanna know you have t'come ho...come back to the farm..."

Bo faltered a little at the word home...not knowing if Daisy considered the farm as home anymore.

Daisy laughed. "Well...just so happens I was calling to see if I could come home for a week...I miss you...."

Bo smiled more at that, seeming like he was getting his family back all at once....except for that one person they all missed most.

"Course ya can Daisy...you dont ever gotta ask..."

Daisy grinned. "Good. Cuz soon as I hang up I'm on my way... I'll even cook dinner tonight!"

Bo chuckled and nodded

"That'd be great Daisy..."

"Be there soon as I can honey...bye!"

"Bye Dais..."

He said with a smile, hanging up the phone before starting to tidy up again.

Daisy's jeep pulled up at the farm a few hours later. Thrusting it into park, she climbed out yelling, "Bo! Cousin where are you?!"

Bo shook his head at her yelled greeting, stepping out onto the porch with a grin.

"M'right here...but shhh or you'll wake yer surprise up!"

Daisy ran up the stairs throwing her arms around him. "Jeb Stuart come for a visit?" she guessed. "Aint seen him in ages!"

Bo laughed a little and hugged her back, shaking his head.

"Nope he aint showed his ugly mug round here yet..."

"Then who am I supossed t wake up? Youre the only one I know that'd sleep til sundown if he could that I know about..." she teased.

Bo shook his head with a smirk, leading her through to where Luke was sleeping.

Daisy followed him shaking her head. "I dont understand why you just can't tell me..."
