"Cause I wanna see your face when you see..."

He whispered as he gently nudged the door open to the room where Luke was, sliding inside and motioning her in with another motion to keep quiet.

Daisy frowned, not understanding what it was all about until she saw a tuft of dark curls sticking up above the blankets of the bed. Her mouth fell open, her eyes open wide in shock. "L-lu...Luke?!" she whispered unable to believe what she was seeing.

Bo nodded with a happy grin as she finally understood who was in the bed, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"He's still got a little way to go yet but...he wanted to come home..."

Daisy wanted to squeal in happiness. Instead she hugged Bo close, so happy that things were finally getting back to whatever nrmal was anymore*

Bo smiled and hugged Daisy back, rocking her a little in his arms as they both quietly celebrated the fact that their older cousin was back...well to some degree anyway.

Luke slept on, unaware that he was being watched and celebrated over.

"When did he come home?" asked Daisy.

"Couple of hours ago..."

replies softly, leading her out the room again, knowing Luke needed his sleep.

"What changed his mind? I was beginnin' t think he'd stay there..." said Daisy softly.

Bo shook his head a little with a shrug.

"I don't know...all I know is Sara's worked a miricle with him..."

"She sure has..." said Daisy softly. "Hope I get to thank her one day."

"Well she's gonna come here and keep making regular checks on Luke for a while...m'sure you'll get t'meet her at some stage..."

"Hope so..." began Daisy. "So how is he...I mean...is he better...or...just..."

Bo nodded a little, leaning on one of the kitchen chairs

"He's better in himself...he's got a ways to go yet still...but he's a lot better than he was before..."

"I'm so glad...Ive been so worried about him..." said Daisy with a relieved sigh.

Bo nodded, reaching out and hugging her close.

"Me too darlin'..."

Daisy hugged him too. "So what now?"

Bo shrugged with a smile.

"I got chores in a little while but Luke'll sleep till tomorrow...we're gently tryin' to ease him out of the hospital routine..."

Daisy nodded a little. "Well...how bout I start a nice dinner?"

Bo smiled with a nod.

"Would be nice..."

Daisy nodded going to the kitchen, her heart soaring on the inside.

Luke, meanwhile, moaned quietly in his sleep.

Bo, ever alert and ever watchful now he had assumed the role of patriarch in Luke's abscence, heard the moan and hurried to Luke's room, kneeling beside the bed.

"Luke?"

Luke moaned again, tossing his head. "Lemme go...lemme go..." he muttered.

Bo swallowed hard, knowing by the sound of that what this dream probably was. Taking a deep breath, he gently carressed Luke's dark curls.

"Luke...Luke brother its me...its Bo..."

"Don't...stop..." he continued flinching, his head continuing to toss and turn.

Bo bit his lip, trying a little louder.

"Luke c'mon...its me Bo...listen..please listen..."
