Luke shook his head. "I aint...thought of no Hazzard girls...since I came here."

"Well it aint like you've had time ta between everythin else have ya...i'm sure it won't be long 'fore ya are..."

Sara replied with a small smile.

"I dun wanna" replied Luke softly.

Sara frowned just a little.

"What d'ya mean?"

"I dun want no other girl...." he insisted.

Sara bit her lip a little, not saying anything now, just listening again.

"You 've been here...every day...even days ya werent sposed to...you hear me out...even when you dont agree...I...I'd be dead if it werent for you and Bo..." he added softlly.

"Luke we only pointed ya down a path...you made the journey yerself..."

She replied softly.

"No," he objected taking her hand. " I needed you....I still need you...you're part of my life now."

Sara swallowed gently and squeezed his hand softly in response.

"I...I...I just....." he started to say, but couldn't get the words out. Instead he leaned over and kissed her cheek. "Thank you."

Sara smiled gently, closing her eyes a little as he kissed her cheek gently before looking back to him at his quiet whisper. Nodding softly, she squeezed his hand again, not allowed to return the kiss on his cheek for work reasons.

"Its ok...i'm glad I could help.."

Luke pulled away flushing a little. He knew better than to have done that. It wasn't as if she could do anything about the kiss anyway. She was a doctor. He was her patient. That's all it could ever be. Luke nodded not saying anything more waiting for Bo, though inside his heart ached with the knowledge that what he wanted he could never have.

Before long, Bo came back into the room tentitavly, not wanting to interrupt anything in case Luke was talking again.

"It ok to come in?"

Luke nodded a little, biting his lip.

Sara smiled up at him as he came in, nodding as she stood up to go and get the paperwork.

"In fact, Luke wants t'talk to you now, so good timing..."

Luke shifted his fet nervously.

Bo watched as Sara left the room before looking back to Luke again, sitting on the bed.

"You ok?"

"I...I wanna..." He swallowed hard. "I wanna go home."

At that, Bo near fell off the bed, blinking his eyes a little at what he had thought he just heard.

"You...you what?"

Luke swallowed. "I...I wanna go home...t-try...try again."

Bo near choked, hearing the words coming from Luke that he had wanted to hear for so long. Stumbling forward he pulled Luke into a tight hug.

Luke began to sob at the tight hold, clinging to his brother, so scared he would fail, but more scared that he'd never get well.

Bo clung to Luke's shirt as he always had done, even when a child, when he was upset. He wasn't crying because of Luke's decision, he was crying with relief that maybe now things could start getting back in some kind of order. He knew that for a long while Luke was still gonna need support, still gonna be fairly unstable in his thinking and his confidence...but he couldn't press down the feeling that it wouldn't be long once Luke was home that he would be able to see his older, protective, strong, kind older brother that he so missed.

Luke sniffed hanging on that much more as he heard Bo's soft cries. "Msorry...don' cry...don' cry brother."
