It seems as if Boss figured out he if he can find a business that would benefit the public, the Eminent Domain thing goes into effect. He's gonna give 10 percent of the profits to the orphanage and, because of that, the federal government will allow him to take our place.

*pauses* Them federal fellers must not know what us Hazzard folks know about Boss. That orphanage ain't gonna see one red penny of those profits from that horse racetrack.
