Bo grinned over and kept sawing through his retraints, daring Luke to a race and chuckling a little as Luke accepted, seeing which one of them could achieve the feat first...before Bo jumped a little as a gun shot hit the tree near him first and then the one nearest Luke.

Swallowing he looked around.

"Uh Luke....what's goin' on..."

Luke froze listening for rustling leaves that would tell them where the sniper was hidden. But hearing nothing he shrugged.

"Dunno Bo maybe just a hunter with a bad aim"

He went back to sawing his rope and another shot whizzed past his ear this time. And yet another ricocheted off a tree about 6ft to Bo's left.

"Uh on second thought maybe that ain't no hunter."

Bo swallowed as another bullet was shot his way and he carefully put up his hands, slipping his knife back into his pouch pocket as he did so before calling out.

"Alright, who are ya and what do you want?!"

Jerry stepped out into the open so they could both see him, walking over he patted Bo on the cheek lightly.

"Hello Bo longtime no see, how ya been?"

His voice dripped with false cordiality he'd always hated Bo Duke. Luke looked over at Bo and mouthed the question "who was this man?" slipping his knife back into it's own pouch while the attention of the man was on Bo.

Bo glared sharply at Jerry as he stepped out from the bushes, jerking away from his hand on his face and growling.

"Jerry...you leave my cousin alone he ain't done nothin' to you...this is between me an' you..."

Jerry smiled evilly as he glared at Bo and glanced at Luke.

"I know Bo but what better way to take my revenge on you than to get ya where it hurts you the most? Your family!"

Luke struggled to get free seeing the horrified look on Bo's face but it was just no use the rope was holding too well.

Jerry laughed meliciously at the two cousins strung up like meat in a smoke house.

Bo yelled at Jerry, flicking a desperate glance at Luke.

"I said leave him out of this! What kind of a coward are ya, pickin' on people who ya ain't got nothing ta do with...just like ya did in the reserve corps.."

"Shut up Bo!"

Jerry shouted looking derranged ever since his dishonorable discharge he'd been thinking of nothing but getting back at Bo for helping to get him dishonorably discharged.

Luke shook his head at Bo it was obvious Jerry was a few bricks short of a load and he didn't want the man doing anything to them because Bo'd got him riled.

Bo swallowed, calming himself down a little before saying again.

"Look...just let us down and we can talk about this rationally okay..."

c'mon Jerry...let us down..."

Bo noticed Jerry had changed a lot since he had last seen him, he had probably been following him and Luke around for days and he hadn;t even recognised him

Jerry looked up at Bo snarling as he pulled another rope and a big net dropped down over the two.

"Oh I'll let ya down all right."

Luke fought to get the net off of them sure this guy was going to kill them given half a chance and that was something Luke wasn't going to do.

Jerry tired of the incessant requests to be turned loose raises a stick of wood and slugs Bo over the head. Luke struggled harder the instant he saw the stick screaming out ,

"NOOOOOOOOOO"

Only succeeding in getting tangled in the net Luke didn't see the stick coming his way suddenly black creeped into his vision as a sharp blow hit the back of his head. Both men now out cold Jerry pulled a beat up green pickup out of the bushes and lowered them net and all into the back driving off deeper into the woods.

*END FLASHBACK*

Daisy swallowed and shook her head as she drove that little bit faster.

"We need to get you both to the Doc as soon as possible...getting hit that hard is gonna have left ya with a concussion or somethin'.."

Luke absently rubbed the back of his head feeling the large bump there and nods.

"We got to get to Bo lord only knows what that psycho has done to him after I escaped."

Jerry in the meantime was preparing to move Bo. He knew Luke would come back with help and there was only one of him and no desire to tangle with a bunch of country bumpkin friends of the Duke's.

"C'mon Duke we're gonna play a little game of hide an' go seek with yer cousin."

Jerks Bo to his feet roughly

Jerry ignored Bo's protests tying his hands behind his back and jabbing a gun into the blonde man's backbone. Pushing him roughly toward the door.

"I don't care get going blondie."

Pushes Bo out the door and over to the pickup passenger door opening it.

"get in"

Bo swallowed and went to get in the truck before bringing his tied hands up sharply and bashing the gun away from his back, turning sharply around and kicking Jerry in the stomach before running to try and find somewhere to hide,

Bo instaantly skidded to a stop and sighed, clenching his jaw as he turned back around and headed back towards Jerry, knowing he wouldn't hesitate to shoot him in the back of he didn't...that didn't stop him glowering at the man as he stood in front of him, showing he wasn't afraid.

Jerry jerks his head toward the open truck door the gun not wavering one bit as he tried to stare Bo down.

"get in NOW!"

Once Bo was in Jerry slammed the pickup door shut before going around and climbing in behind the wheel starting the vehicle and moving through the woods on the old moonshine trail in search of another hideout.

Bo swallowed and looked back in the mirrors as he heard the unmistakable sound of Dixie pulling up in the place they had just left that little bit too late. At least he knew that Luke was safe though....and they were in a car...with a Cb.

GLancing down, he smiled a little as he saw the holder right by his knee. He shifted it over a little and pressed the button in before saying hurridly.

"Lost Sheep 1, this is Lost Sheep 2! Follow us on the old moonshine trail, we're in a pick up! Hurry he's got a gun!"

"Dang he's tryin' to give us the slip Daisy."

Picking up the CB Luke called back to B.L. and Cooter behind them in the Judge and tow truck.

"Lost Sheep 1 callin' Crazy C and Rapunzel stay close Jerry's tryin' to relocate Bo."

Cooter picked up the CB answering

"10-4 Lucas we'll be on yer bumper just point the way."

Jerry snatched the CB out of it's holder yanking the cord loose pointing the gun at Bo's nose

"I wouldn't try anymore funny business if I was you."

Bo grinned in satisfaction as he heard the messages go back and forth, shaking his head and looking to Jerry.

"I told ya, ya don't mess with Dukes...you'll never win...so just pull over and give up..."

"Never!"

Jerry shouted gunning the pickup crashing through the trees and the brush trying to outrun the white Jeep that was hanging close onto his tail. Swerves sideways trying to fake them off.

Luke picks up the CB again calling back to B.L. and Cooter

"How about a little squre dancin' ya'll? I'll do the callin"

B.L. grinned and whooped they were about to show this dude driving Hazzard style. Again Luke came over the C.B.

"Crazy C you swing left and Rapunzel you swing right and doe se doe with all yer might"

With those words B.L. and Cooter came up on either side of the pickup boxing it in with Luke and Daisy blocking the path behind.

Bo grinned and whooped as he heard and then saw what Luke, B.L, Daisy and Cooter had done, sighing with relief as he thought there was no way that Jerry could get out of this now. He would have to stop and pull over before Luke and the others forced him to, and he voiced that opinion to Jerry as well.

"Just give yerself up now an' Luke'll be a whole lot eaisier on ya..."
