Meadowmufn Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I'm letting you guys know first, one of the benefits of being a member of this forum. This contest was so close. The winner won by ONE vote. And your winner for best Dukes of Hazzard episode is.... "The Ghost of the General Lee"! Thank you all for voting. If you want me to do this again, leave suggestions on what we should vote on next time. Hobie Hartkins 1 Quote
RogerDuke Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Sorry to be difficult but if One Armed Bandits beat the Ghost of GL in the semi finals and Days of Shine and Roses beat Carnival of Thrills in the semi finals, shouldn't they be in the Finals? Hobie Hartkins and Spike 1 1 Quote

RogerDuke Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Oh, If you mentioned that earlier I missed it. But everybody here knows how bad I am figuring things out on computers. The results surprised me. I can see One Armed Bandits or Shine and Roses but Ghost shocked me. I never thought that would ever get anywhere near the top. Quote

Larry Franks (DukesCollector.com) called it in the first round. Hobie Hartkins and RogerDuke 1 1 Quote

That one and Ghost show just how talented an actor Jimmy was! Edited yesterday at 12:16 AM by Hobie Hartkins Meadowmufn and RogerDuke 2 Quote

Larry Franks (DukesCollector.com) called it in the first round. Wow! Good for him. Everybody has different tastes in different episodes but we all share the common bond of loving the Dukes so much and that's all that matters. Just the thought of Bo and Luke being dead caused me to be a little down on that episode. I guess I was just too emotionally attached to them at the time that ep aired. It was painful to see the pain of the folks who thought they were dead. I also didn't like eps where Bo and Luke fought each other (even if it was just words). Even though you know they'll be fine at the end it just isn't as fun as fighting with Boss, Rosco and the bad guys who are in town for one ep. Meadowmufn and Hobie Hartkins 2 Quote

But Rosco-centric episodes always rank high on my list. Hobie Hartkins 1 Quote

They had a fist fight in Carnival...that was one of the reasons it's one of my least fav. Quote

I just got another season 6 because my other one messed up. It has John's signature on it ( SUPPOSEDLY!) but you can't make it all out! Quote
