  1. I was told about the Halloween costumes such as Fun World Gilligan's Island Skipper's Costume... "They try to make them as accurate to TV and movies as they can get." Do costumes do that?
  2. Friends say "All the talk about Dukes being racist was a sales gimmick." I'd agree what with prices of merch being what they are these days. Raise prices, and use so called racism of Dukes as their excuse.
  3. (Season 1 Alcohol and Old Lace) Andy Taylor:"It smells like a little bit of liquor don't it?" Barney Fife:"Pow pow pow!" Opie Taylor:"They had a flower making machine ‼️" Andy Taylor:"Now Opie, machines don't make flowers, that's Mother Nature's job." Opie Taylor:"Well, they got a machine to help."

  7. How many of you felt the way I did, on the show Aunt Bee's Brief Encounter where Mr. Wheeler took the glass of lemonade Aunt Bee brought out for him? Aunt Bee’s thought he was really workin hard & here Andy just got off the roof from putting shingles on & worked up a sweat & Mr. Wheeler had the nerve to stand on that ladder drinking that ice cold lemonade when Andy was dieing of thirst !
  8. (Season 3 The Hazzardville Horror) Waylon Jennings:"Things are different in Hazzard alright, but even plumbers don't start to work by hidin' in the bushes." The plumbers break into Boss Hogg's Boars Nest, and start cleaning out his silver. Waylon Jennings:"Uh huh. See?"
  9. Season 1. Episodes 7 and 8. Episode 7: The Sound of Quacking". Airdate: November 7,1964. Episode 8 : " Goodbye Island ". Airdate: November 21,1964. Both of these are fun to watch. Episode 7 features the first ever "dream sequences " which the cast would look forward to doing as their favorite part of the show in future episodes. Episode 8 is apparently out of sequence as it features scenes from the original Hawaii filming. All in all 2 fun episodes.
