  1. The first one I think is from Kansas Raiders (he's got that nice leather coat on). The second one I have no idea what that's from. Glad to share! I love this thread. Khee!
  2. I have a few pics but you've probably got these in your collection already. LOL
  3. Not only that he worked with a lot of legends too. I recognize Tony Curtis in a couple of those pics, who started out in Hollywood the same time Jimmie did in the early 50's. I'll second that!
  4. Howy Yeeha! Welcome to HNet! And Happy Early Hazzard Birthday!
  5. I'm bumping this thread in the interest of shameless self promotion.
  6. Although #1 is important, #2 is the biggie. In fact, given our short attention spans, it's really amazing that HNet ever got launched in the first place. Khee!
  7. SWEET!!! That's worth the whole thing right there!! Good for you! Khee!
  8. John says in this interview with Atlanta's Fox affiliate that this "could be" the last DukesFest. "You never know." http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/myfox/pages/Entertainment/Detail?contentId=6862472&version=1&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=VSTY&pageId=7.1.1 I hope it's not but I don't think we'll know for sure until either later this year or sometime early next year. We can keep our fingers crossed.
  9. Waaallll sonofagun!! Congrats!! I wish ya luck and hope you win! You oughta, ya hang out here at HNet! Khee!
  10. How could any of us say anything negative?? LOL. Lookin' good! And I say again I love that we get to see the photo documentation as the restoration progresses. Khee! I also concur that the car should be driven and not be a trailer queen. I can't think of a better daily driver than the General! =)
  11. Awesome! Loved seeing the pics showing how the flag is painted. Thanks for sharing the pics, keep 'em comin'!
  12. That's a great poster of pics of Jimmie as Jim Lindsey!
  13. Howdy Mike, welcome to HNet! I'd say make yourself at home, but you've already done that. LOL I've been a Dukes fan pretty much since 1985, when I first started watching it. I have too many favorite episodes to list. LOL. One Armed Bandits is in that top ten tho'. Along with Too Many Roscos and To Catch a Duke. (Rosco themed episodes. Rosco's my favorite. LOL)
  14. Wow...that looks General Lee orange to me. Khee! Keeping my fingers crossed that this Saturday is a go for the paint!
  15. The Social Security Death Index lists Denver's birthday as May 11 1920, and date of death as December 25 1997. I'm sorry to say that Cathy was incorrect in her statement. She may have just confused the fact that he died on Christmas day. Since today is the 11th, I join with Roger there and wish Denver a happy birthday up there in Hazzard Heaven.
  16. SWEET! Can't wait to see how it looks!
  17. And my devastating wit. You fergot the devastating wit, Alex.
  18. Oooo! Really?! Khee! *does happy dance*
  19. *sighs* Well that's a start I suppose.... When you finish that you can rearrange the supply closet for me. Somewhere in there, there's a box of blue pens and some highlighters but danged if I can find them.
  20. Hmmm... *thinks about this* Nah, I think I'll stick with the tools I got. My gun, the nightstick, a pair of cuffs and my devastating wit. Yes, I am dangerous with my gun. Whereas Rosco is more than likely to shoot his own foot off, I'm more than likely to shoot your foot off. So long as you keep shootin' yer mouth off and not gettin' any work done! Danger, Brian Coltrane! Danger!
  21. I don't need the remote! I just make Rosco get up and change the channel...Khee! Um, about carryin' that 50,000 volts....are those things really 50,000 volts?! I mean, I suppose that could be dangerous.... .....but pretty darn e-ffective eh? Hehehehheheh. No wonder you ran like a jackrabbit in that other thread. Khee!
