WOW!! Age definitely has taken its toll !!
Great job Hoss on finding the pics and the episode! Undercover Dukes was what I was trying to think of! Now, if I can just figure out which episode somebody asked about on here a while back, where Jesse is in the back seat of Rosco's car and it's falling apart! ( Drag N Fly...or... Good Bye General Lee ....??)

Pall Bearer! ( Or if you know anything about professional wrestling in the U.S. from way back, Paul Bearer!! LOL!! )

Now this one IS similar!!

I think it's a great idea!

In "The Legacy", Jesse told Lucinda, that when Martha died ( his wife), without the boys to look after he would've gone crazy.

This build is loosely based on the Georgia cars. LEE 3 had padding on the roll bar which made it look thicker. Mine will be painted tan to match the interior as if it has padding. Since it's white plastic it is looking slightly thicker than it does in person.
This picture below shows the roll bar with the padding.
Maybe somebody already mentioned this, but this is a Blooper picture! The passenger door is standing open! ( The General's doors were " Supposed" to be welded shut!

Candi and Randi are pretty hot but I'd still have to say that girl in The one ( I just can't remember the name!) where the Dukes drive her car and her daddy is in the Syndicate.....She's the best!!.....I think......

Is the avatar picture on PJ Gathergood, him or John ? If it's PJ, he could be Bo Duke!!

It amazes me how much money the General or The Bandit pulls down! I mean these were two of my favorite cars/shows, but come on! These two cars were NOT exotic, with specialized engines etc. ( Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc. etc.).....they were just cars with big engines ( muscle cars) that got VERY popular! When you pay that much for one, all you're doing is paying for a specialized paint job!! Take away the show you saw either one of them on and take away the paint job and all you have is a regular car that's very old now and it wouldn't sell for a fraction of the price!! ( The General is my favorite though! :).....wish I had one!!)

Mark, I love your quote "I kinda live in Hazzard in my mind most days!"
I know exactly what you mean! I stay there as much as possible, day and night!!

My first car was a two door brown 1979 Toyota Corolla!

On one episode ( can't remember which one), the Dukes met at Cooter's at night to plan something and Waylon said something about them having a standing invitation to use his place when they needed it, insinuating that he wasn't there to personally give his ok. ( I think it may have been one of the Gray Byrd episodes....?) They never bothered to explain where he was though!

Jimmy and Sorrell were the best actors on the show ( With Denver coming in a close 2nd). They were the best comedy duo EVER!!

Well, the General didn't even have turn signals on the front part of the car as they were usually cover with bondo or something so 68 and 69 Charger front fenders could be used interchangeably. I do however remember seeing the rear turn signal light up in one of the two Reunion movies, or was it the full brake light?

HA!!! HA!! HA!!! This sounds just like the place I live in! NOBODY uses turn signals, stop signs and stop lights are optional and nobody even knows rear view mirrors exist! ( They will turn right over in front of you !!)

What about the one where Bo and Luke go undercover and become race car drivers and the guy that hires them is in the Syndicate.....remember? His daughter liked race cars and had her own race car? She's probably the hottest babe that guest starred on the show!!

That's cool! This has to be accidentall right? Cause there is not one form of real product placement during the show is there?
I REALLY doubt it...remember in one episode, they had a truck that was supposed to be selling produce and it was called " Grow and Sons" .....LOL!!! I always thought that was funny!

Well I always thought it was just a lot faster or could accelerate faster than the General but like I said, as it turns out, the car is no faster than the General, so, for some reason, they pretended it was faster!
