Hi Lori...how's it going? Hope all is well. I have a quick question or two. LOL. I am thinking of posting my stories on ff.net as well as MA's page. Well my user ID on ff.net right now is DOHNUMB3RSFAN01...well there is a section that I could change it. I was thinking of changing it to Garrett Duke so everyone will know me. But would that change my Numb3rs story at all if I did that? Like would the link still work and all that? Just was wondering and hoping you would know. If not, that's OK too.

It is a great idea! Now if only I can get started on my new story. As I said, I got the prologue and part of chapter one, but have been too busy arguing with myself with which pov to take to go much farther than that. Change can be a good thing, but also it brings uncertainty. I see where you are saying about predictability and all that, I fear that as well. The only problem I see is the reader aspect of it. I really do't know what my readers think or if I do have any readers. I don't get any feedback with it. If I moved it to ff.net, perhaps I would. I don't know. Right now my stories are on MA's submitted page and no one has wrote me in a long time to really tell me what they think. Except for one person. I am torn, because I do like writing in first to put myself or my "readers' in that position. I do write third POV every once in awhile when I write for a new character or a bad guy. But I guess that could be confusing as well. AHHHH! I hate decisions like this! LOL. Thanks for the advice, it will help a lot.

Congrats at being out of school...good luck at getting into the Army. Hope it goes as planned.Not a whole lot is going on here. Work...LOL. Garrett has cooperated surprisingly well for awhile and had even finished my story and started another one. Just started it actually and now hit another road block as I am left wondering if I should continue writing in first person as all my stories in my series are or switch to third. What you think?

The sponsors gives the drivers the money they need to keep the car on the track and in order to race. Most drivers have other people that own their car. They have team owners...they can own up to four cars. Rick owns four...well three and a half I guess. LOL

Jeff Gordon owns half of Jimmie Johnson's car while Rick Hendrick (Hendrick Motorsports - who owns Gordon's, Jr's, and Martin's car as well) owns the other half. Gordon helped bring Johnson to the Cup series, Rick told Gordon to put his money where his mouth is. HA HA. Heard Gordon owned like 51 percent of his car, that could be wrong though. I do know he owns half of Johnson's car though. Just a little info for ya.

You picked Jimmie Johnson as your favorite driver? YAY!!!! He's one of the most talented drivers out there...behind Gordon of course. HA HA. Sorry, being a Gordon fan, I couldn't help myself. But do admit, JJ is my second favorite driver. You do know who owns JJ's car, don't you?

You registered for school already for your kids? I bet that was a big ordeal. How many did you have to register? They test for lead? No I didn't hear that. School just got out here this past Monday..wish I was back at school so I'd have a summer off. LOL! All is well here. Just got back from a trip to Chicago which was fun. Went to the outskirts of Chicago really to see the New Kids on The Block (Please remember Garrett is only my ID...I am a woman. LOL. Sorry had to make that clear, Garrett would hate me having everyone believing he went to see them! HA HA) Actually saw them twice in concert this past weekend. It was great!

Other than that, all is the same with me. Need any help at picking a favorite driver yet? LOL. Sorry, had to put that in.
