We had sunny weather here today, so we set off for the beach. Despite the water still being a bit cold, I had a quick swim in the sea for the first time in years. We then went along the coast to a very picturesque village with a working harbor for some very fresh fish and chips!

Hobie did all that rain in Tennessee affect you? Man 17 inches of rain in 24hrs has to be a new record for anywhere in America. Friday we finally figured out what was rattling in the wife's car, turned out the rear shocks were the cause. That noise has been puzzling us and the mechanics for the past few months. I though it might have been a loose exhaust pipe. One mechanic thought it was the bushings. I was able to pinpoint the sound was coming from the left rear while driving around our apartment parking lot. One mechanic went with the wife for a drive and he climbed half into the trunk to pinpoint the source and felt a lot of vibration in the LR shock tower. He put it on the lift and checked the bushings and they seemed fine so he ordered a set of shocks and thank God that was the problem. Now the car is quiet again and we can drive it without worrying if anything is going to fall off and leave her stranded somewhere.
  4. I noticed this one a long time ago! It was really obvious! They should've fixed that!

Oh I know now, boy I got my episodes mixed up . Not going to say though as I cheated and looked it up on the DoH Wiki.
  6. Cousin HossC... Also in Season 3 Enos Strate to the Top when Enos is sitting in his patrol car, in the town square, and he's looking at the wanted poster of the bank robbers. They drive past him, and he says "That's them!" His mouth don't move. Also in Season 2 Jude Emery Daisy says "Some cowboy Jude!" Her mouth don't move.
  7. It almost sounds like someone off-screen is saying it, and then Waylon says it a few seconds later.
  8. Anyone catch the mistake/blooper at the end of Season 4 episode Shine On Hazzard Moon, when Luke says "Bottoms up!" His mouth didn't move.

(Season 3 Andy and the New Mayor) scene Andy & Barney are in on the roof of the patrol car, and a bear is in the backseat. Jess Morgan & Mayor Stoner are up in a tree. Andy:"You see Mayor!? If you'd let me run my own office, Jess wouldn't be up there in that tree, you wouldn't be up there beside him, with yer clothes all tore up, and we wouldn't be down here with a bear in our backseat! You beat everything! You know that!?"
  12. K, here's a production blooper. The VERY FIRST TIME we see Daisy's "new" car, the '71 Satellite, is Season 1 Episode 11, "Money to Burn." It's a dramatic entrance with it coming in right under the camera before looping around to park. I discovered while researching the black stripe that the left stripe must have been MUCH wider at the top than the right side. You can see how it goes across the roof, and how not only is it not perfectly parallel, but that it's DRAMATICALLY wider on the left than on the right. I'm guessing maybe the paint crews were under a really tight deadline to throw on the same basic paint scheme of the earlier 74 Roadrunner onto the 71 Satellite?
