Redneck girl 01 is our Fan of the Month for September 2011! Well-deserved and long overdue, we're happy to recognize her for her contributions to HazzardNet and to the Dukes of Hazzard fandom as a whole. Please join us in congratulating her!

HazzardNet's Fan of the Month for August 2011 is CDoherty95! Congrats! There were several good contestants for this month. CDoherty95 was selected due to his perseverance in re-building another "General Lee" bicycle after his original creation was stolen. This shows great dedication to his love of "The Dukes of Hazzard" as well as strong personal character in not giving up. CDoherty95 is also an active participant in our Forums and has generated good discussions. We're pleased to recognize him as the Fan of the Month for his contributions to the Dukes of Hazzard fandom. January is the time of the year that most folks dream of Waikiki Beach but the first Fan Of The Month of 2011 dreams of the beach all year long. If you haven't already guessed, the latest fan of the month is waikiki23. Even though waikiki dreams of Hawaii, her roots are practically in Hazzard County considering she was born and grew up an hour from Atlanta. Hmmm, makes ya wonder if she ever ran into any Dukes while she was young. waikiki now lives in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia where she lives in a town very similiar to Hazzard. Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is standing in front of us. Both of these holidays remind us of how much we have to be thankful for. The moderators of the HazzardNet aren't eligible to receive the Fan of the Month award and since Santa is watching we're not going to break the rules. We are going to bend them a little by saving the best for last and designating the final month of the year as a time to honor our moderators. Meadowmufn, MaryAnne and Brian are like parents to us. It's November and it's cooling off outside but things are always warm and cozy on the HazzardNet with nice folks like Lori Davenport hanging out here and that's one reason she has been selected as HazzardNet's Fan of the Month. Lori is pretty famous around here. She's somewhat of a celebrity since she really is from Hazard. We don't mind that her hometown of Hazard Kentucky forgot to add the other Z. All that matters to us is that Lori loves the same favorite show we all do and, in many ways, she represents what the Dukes of Hazzard is all about. It's been awhile since the HazzardNet has had a Fan of the Month who doesn't post on a regular basis but Ray Kohn of Northeast Ohio Dukes sure deserves the honor and that's exactly what he's getting for the month of September. We'll soon start to see the temperatures cool off after Labor Day passes but Ray's love of the Dukes of Hazzard will always be as hot as the General Lee's exhaust pipes. It's August already! This summer's flying faster than the General Lee rushing down Mill Post Road trying to get the mortgage money to Boss so the boys can save the Duke farm. Sure enough, Boss ran some scam again to make the payment late but that doesn't mean all Hoggs are bad. Speaking of hot, nobody heats up a computer's keyboard like Lizzy Jackson-Davenport and that's one of many reasons she's been selected as HazzardNet's fan of the month for July 2010. June is here and that means things are heating up. Last summer things really warmed up around here when texasdaisy09 joined us on the HazzardNet and now she's as hot as a Hazzard campfire as this summer's first Fan of the Month. April 1st is Sadie Hogg Day in Hazzard County so things are always a little confusing around Hazzard on the first day of this month. One thing we're not confused about is how much we love DaneyDuke and that's why she has been selected as HazzardNet's Fan of the Month for April 2010. March 1st is Catherine Bach's birthday. That's a big deal around the HazzardNet. While it might be Daisy Duke's day, it's pendragon1980's month because she has been selected as HazzardNet's "Fan of the Month". Pendragon has been a fan of the Dukes of Hazzard since childhood and her love of the best show on television comes through with her writings here at the best website on the internet. It's not possible to be a bigger fan of the Dukes of Hazzard than BoJamesDuke and that's why she is being picked as February's fan of the month. A few of us could put up a legitimate argument that we are "as big of a Dukes fan" as Bo but none of us could say we're a bigger fan. Since our Fan of the Month became a pretty rousing success, once we got it going on a more regular basis (you know, like monthly) we figured we'd take a chance on selecting a Fan of the Year for 2009. Trying to pick a FAN OF THE YEAR is like asking Uncle Jesse to pick his favorite ear of corn out of the 40 acres they plant. Harry, our fan of the month for February 2009, is fighting cancer. The doctors have said that there's nothing more they can do for him, but Harry's not giving up. It's pretty impressive that someone can receive this honor after only being a member of the HazzardNet for 15 months but daisyxenos is an impressive fan. She has been here in town for 3 and a half years and has been a fan of the show for over two decades.
