  2. Season 1 A Matter of Life and Breath Fred comes to breakfast wearing a mask. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Lamont:"Take that ridiculous mask off!" ๐Ÿ˜‚ Fred:"I'm just tryin' to protect myself." ๐Ÿ˜‚ Lamont:"Pop what is this? Why is there tape on the silverware?" Fred:"Oh that. See, I labeled the silverware. I didn't wanna get yours mixed up with mine. Everything with an F on it is mine. F for Fred. Yours is marked C." Lamont:"C"? Fred:"Yeah C. For Contaminated." ๐Ÿ˜‚
  3. the General Lee was the most frequent WINNER on the race track!
  4. Hot......good to see you Val! Don't be a stranger cousin!

  7. The Dukes OF Hazzard is the VERY best show.
  8. I've pretty much answered this question in the Bloopers thread. The narrow push bar was an off-the-shelf part for pickup trucks and was only welded to the bumper. The wider push bar was custom-made and welded to the chassis making it much stronger. If you click the link you'll see where one of the narrow push bars fell off at the start of 'My Son, Bo Hogg'.
  9. Why did The Dukes of Hazzard General Lee 1969 and 1968 Dodge Chargers change from the small push bar that was used early on to the wider push bar later on?
  10. well, cousins, right now I'm watching you know what and having a few AB's. I just watched Bad Day In Hazzard and I'm about to watch Miss Tri-Counties! I hope every one is doing well! 9/2 is coming fast and I'm counting down! Doctor gave me specific instructions, no beer or cold drinks 3 days before surgery! So Friday ( DOHD) is my last party day until after surgery and probably until somewhere around November!
  11. sometimes the cast would be awakened in their UNDERWEAR
  12. Last week
  13. They don't even use the same car throughout 'Twin Trouble' - at least two different cars are used if you compare the front corner lights. It's probably safe to say that the car that was rolled wasn't used again. I think all of the cars in question are 1967 Chevy 4-door sedans. I'm surprised that you didn't spot another blue 1967 Chevy 4-door sedan being driven by Mary Lou Tompkins in 'A Baby for the Dukes' earlier in season 6. That one survived, so it could've been used in later episodes. They were most likely Impalas, but some could've been Bel Airs and Biscaynes. A couple appear to have the Sport Sedan body. Like with your previous questions about cars being the same across episodes, I think all we can say is they were similar. If they didn't get wrecked, they may have been reused.
  14. Calling out some hat-truth! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Just stumbled upon a Benford Yacht Hat eBay listing claiming to be 'vintage'... but wait, the company only started selling these hats in 2016! ๐Ÿค” New hat, new label, not vintage. Anyone else think 'vintage' is a stretch here? ๐Ÿ˜‚ #hats #vintagevsnew #ebayfinds A 9 year old company is hardly vintage. ๐Ÿ˜‚ 2025- 2016 9 Maybe they mean vintage style hat? They should say vintage style hat then instead of vintage hat. Vintage hat implies one of age.
  15. The blue car in Season 6 Twin Trouble that Ben Thomas (Cash Calloway) rolls over, is that the same car in Season 7 Happy Birthday General Lee that Sam Melville (Rick) and Janie Fricke (Ginny) steal after breaking out of Capitol City Jail?
  16. Just dropped some knowledge on someone on YouTube! Someone was complaining about not being able to watch full Dukes of Hazzard episodes on TV Stunter's channel, so I had to remind them it's all about copyright - only increments are allowed! ๐Ÿ˜Ž Who else loves getting into those Dukes of Hazzard details? ๐Ÿค  #TheDukesOfHazzard #CopyrightMatters
  17. DOH was a TOTALLY great show....the best thing that ever came on TV !!
  18. Thanksgiving
  19. Season 4 Trouble at Cooter's. Bo:"You know, I just can't figure out how Rosco knew where we were all those times. First at Stone Canyon, then at Cooter's Garage." Luke:"Unless somebody told him." Bo:"Besides Cooter, nobody knew about it." Luke:"Except Bonnie." Bo:"Yeah, but come on, why would Bonnie wanna-?" Luke:"It doesn't matter why! What we gotta do, is get back to Cooter's, an' get that float valve put in this car so it runs right! Bo:"Shoot! We sent Cooter out to Stone Canyon to meet us with that float valve." Luke:"Shoot, that's the easy part. All we do is raise him on the CB an' cut him off. Hey Crazy C, this here's the Lost Sheep. You out there?"

  22. SONNY SHROYER will turn 90 on thursday
  23. Peggy REA was only in 19 episodes but felt like more
  24. Shepherds
  25. Pie
  26. Boss Hogg wasnโ€™t QUIET, he yelled a lot.
  27. After Boss' brakes go out, Vance apparently stops his car by simply pressing the clutch. Vance previous told Boss "...what you gotta do is try to slowly downshift into first gear. And then let the gears slow you down.". All we see is him depressing the clutch but never raising it again as you would to shift gears with a stick transmission. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the 1970 Cadillac DeVille only came with an automatic transmission, so it wouldn't have a clutch pedal anyway.
