Share with us! πŸ’¬ #DukesOfHazzard #Stunts #HenryKingi #KingiBridge

  4. Season 5 Coy Meets Girl. Coy and Vance with Boss Hogg and Sheriff Rosco in hot pursuit. They're driving through national guard military war maneuvers, artillery shell fire. Rosco:"I knew those Duke Boys were tuff, but I didn't think they'd go this far!" πŸ˜‚ Rosco drives in a hole. πŸ˜‚ Boss:"Look what you done! We went in the hole!" πŸ˜‚ Rosco gets out. Boss can't get his own door open. It's stuck. Rosco walks over the hood to the passenger side to the back door to get Flash. Boss:"I can't get my door open! It's stuck! Not that many mutt! Save me! I'm your leader ain't I!?" πŸ˜‚ Artillery fire continues around them. They find another hole to hide in. Boss:"Rosco, so help you, if that car gets hit, you're gonna pay for it!" (KABOOM) They duck down. The car was hit. Rosco:"That must've been one of those 55 Pack Hausers! Done scuffed my vehicle beyond repair! Do you think I can make time payments?" πŸ˜‚ Boss:"You should only live that long!" πŸ˜‚ Uncle Jesse shows up in his White Ford F Series truck. Rosco:"There's Jesse!" Boss:"Oh Jesse!" 5. Did you know? Byron Cherry, the talented actor who played Coy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard, had an interesting background before joining the show. Not only was he a bartender, but he also worked as a male flight attendant! What's even more fascinating is that Byron initially auditioned for the role of Bo Duke in 1978, but due to his busy schedule, he couldn't pursue it further. The part eventually went to John Schneider, who would become iconic as Bo Duke. However, fate had other plans. When Tom Wopat (Luke) and John Schneider (Bo) temporarily left the show, John Schneider himself recommended Byron Cherry for the role of Coy Duke to Warner Brothers! Talk about a full circle moment! Let's appreciate Byron Cherry's multifaceted career and his contribution to the Duke family legacy! #DukesOfHazzard #ByronCherry #CoyDuke
  6. I'm thinking Golden Retriever!!
  7. That's a pretty good pic of Bo!
  8. I've finally finished a version of Puppy Bo that I somewhat like and feel good sharing. I decided to try something different with my art with this piece and I'm not quite sure how I feel about it yet.. but more will be coming when I figure out how to properly draw his face
  9. Yesterday
  10. County (door county is in Wisconsin the β€œthumb” of the state)
  11. It appears in the dialogue too. In 'The Return of the Mean Green Machine', Vance says "See if you can get up broadside, close as you can." and Coy replies "Aye, aye, skipper." Skipper Ward Surplus was a nod to Skip Ward who was associate producer/producer/supervising producer on 116 episodes (I'm sure I've mentioned this before).
  12. I never saw any INDIANS on TDOH. * * I mean REAL Indians.....India, Pakistan etc.....NOT " American Indians", because there's no such thing. They were ASIANS who crossed the Bering Strait a few hundred yrs. before Columbus supposedly discovered America. The Bering Straight , was an ice bridge that connected Asia to the North American continent, which has long been gone! Actually, white European Vikings were there hundreds of yrs. before the Asians crossed the Bering Strait! How did they get to be known as " Indians" ?? ( I'm glad you asked! ) Columbus, who was a DA ( and I don't mean District Attorney!) thought he had landed in India! THERE ARE NO NATIVE AMERICAN PERSONNEL! ( and when someone gives you the line that, " Well the "Indians" were here first," you'll know they believe the brainwashed politically correct pablum vomited out by the REAL rulers of America. ....ok....I'm off my soap box now but just thought you guys might like to know a dumb southern hick knows a little bit....HA! HA! BACK TO THE FUN!!! "J " please...............
  13. Well things are slow here but obviously not there! LOL! What with TWO grandkids at the same time! That'll keep you hoppin'!
  14. Season 7 Happy Birthday General Lee. Rosco chases the Dukes in the end. After the flashbacks are over and it's back to present day. Luke:(To Bo. About Rosco.)"He might drive better. But he ain't no smarter." πŸ˜‚
  15. Hey friends! 🀩 Did you know that Byron Cherry (Coy Duke) and Christopher Mayer (Vance Duke) were high school football stars before becoming Dukes? πŸˆπŸ‘ It's awesome to see their athletic side! πŸ’ͺ #TheDukesOfHazzard #CoyDuke #VanceDuke #Football
  16. Did you know that Byron Cherry (Coy Duke) and Christopher Mayer (Vance Duke) were huge fans of The Dukes of Hazzard before joining the show? 🀯 They'd tune in every Friday night to watch the adventures of Bo, Luke, and Daisy! πŸ˜„ Season 5, here they come! πŸš—πŸ’¨ #TheDukesOfHazzard #CoyDuke #VanceDuke
  17. That question is so tough that it doesn't seem fair. The answer is Skipper Ward Surplus. It was a store from season 4.

  24. Right now I'm watching " Witness For The Persecution " and drinking another 12 oz can of euphoria!! one of my favorite lines in the show: They've got hitmen everywhere" 2 guys cruising around in an old sedan! LOL! Cousin Roger mentioned something about talking about the lesser known and once mentioned members of Hazzard, which I think we should do and I always wanted to see what Ned Benson looked like and more about him. Rosco, if you will remember, accused the boys of poaching on Ned Benson's land.
  25. Nobody seems to want to spend anytime on the DOH board today/tonight And today of all days! The worldwide holiday , TDOHD ( The Dukes Of Hazzard Day !! ) I've been on here, on/off for a long time, watching episodes and hanging out here. Right now I'm watching " Hazzard Connection" .
