Well Cousins....it's the national holiday again...DOHD!!  ( Dukes Of Hazzard Day....every Friday all day peaking at 7-8 PM Central time) ) and  I'm  enjoying an  AB ( adult Beverage) and I'm about ready to watch TDOH,  after the news!
 Are you guys enjoying the holiday too? What episode ( s) are you watching? I'll be on a little later and keep you up on  what I'm specifically watching.....I know every one  of you is anxiously waiting!!    This is really important, o learn to enjoy life as you live it and for us, TDOH is a big part of that and our holiday helps to promote it!!

I wonder what they would do if you parked a General Lee in the driveway. They couldn't say it represented racism. The car represents The Dukes of Hazzard and there wasn't a single racist scene in 7 seasons.

Certainly feels like it Roger. It's so ridiculous. And the motto on the sign at the end of the driveway is "Make it your Home" . I almost bought a bottle of Roundup last night to spray on our flower beds but the voice in me said no because gardening is one of my stress relievers. But if we get another note after I clean up the patio this weekend scorched earth is what they will get. Wonder how well it will go for the manager if they force the veteran to take his flag out of his window. Would love to be a fly on the wall if he chews out the manager lol.
 
Also found out the reason for the notes. Some resident put nasty reviews about the complex on a bunch of sites last week complaining about almost everything the notes say need to change. It just takes one person to ruin it for everyone these days.

Forgot to mention the wife's surgery Monday went well. Hopefully she heals up great and we can get back to living a full adventurous life again. 

I went through that when I had my Ninja. Young men in cars see you are on something that looks fast and want to challenge you. 
It reminds me of that Waylon quote  "If any of y'all ever drive through Hazzard, well you might remember that if it's got wheels, folks tend to want to race it." (Mrs. Daisy Hogg) 

It may be a southern thing, though Richard Petty promo'd them on his car forever. They used them a lot in the NASCAR crew. They are used for headaches, back, muscle aches etc.
